Claims (5)
- 사이클론 본체의 내부가 다수의 원통형 필터가 마련된 칸막이 부재에 의해 상부 공간 및 하부 공간으로 분할되고, 상기 하부 공간과 연통하도록 흡입 포트가 마련되어 있고, 상기 상부 공간과 연통하도록 공통 배출 포트가 마련되어 있으며, 사이클론 본체의 하단부에 집진 회수 박스가 고정되어 있고, 상기 사이클론 본체의 상기 배출 포트에 배출 송풍기가 연결되어 있는 사이클론 집진기에 있어서,상기 원통형 필터의 상단부를 개폐시킬 수 있고 역세척 노즐을 구비하는 역세척 스톱 밸브, 그 스톱 밸브를 개폐시키게되는 스톱 밸브 구동 기구, 스톱 밸브의 역세척 노즐에 연결된 압축 공기 호오스, 압축 공기 호오스에 대한 역세척 압축 공기의 공급 및 차단을 조절하는 역세척용의 전자기식 밸브를 구비하며, 상기 각각의 원통형 필터는 그 상단부가 스톱 밸브에 의해 페쇄된 상태에서 압축 공기 호오스를 통해 압축 공기를 공급함에 의해 독립적으로 역세척 될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이클론 집진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배출 송풍기는 원하는 수준의 집진 성능을 나타내도록 직렬로 연결되거나 또는 직·병렬로 연결된 다수의 소형 송풍기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이클론 집진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 필터는 원통형 스테인레스 강재 필터 본체 및 상기 필터 본체를 둘러싸는 미세한 필터 백으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이클론 집진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스톱 밸브 구동 기구는 상기 사이클론 본체의 상부 리드 상에 밀폐식으로 장착된 압축 공기 실린더 및, 압축 공기를 상기 실린더 속으로 공급함에 의해 상기 실린더 내에서 수직으로 이동되는 피스톤을 구비하고, 상기 압축 공기 실린더는 압축 공기를 상기 실린더에 공급함을 조절하기 위한 전자기식 밸브가 마련된 압축 공기 파이프에 연결되며, 상기 역세척 스톱 밸브는 상기 피스톤의 하단부에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이클론 집진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 집진기는 또한 상기 칸막이 부재에 현가되는 내부 실린더를 구비하고, 상기 내부 실린더는 모든 원통형 필터를 둘러싸고 원통형 필터의 하단부보다 아래로 연장하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이클론 집진기.
