Claims (2)
- 길이 방향으로 다단계의 홈을 형성시키고 수온을 감지하는 소정 위치에 설치되는 보디;상기 보디에 형성되는 홈의 내부에 설치되어 보디 외부의 수온을 감지하여 ECU에 출력하도록 보디의 홈 내부에 배치되는 서미스터, 일측이 서미스터와 부착되며 타측에 보디의 홈 밖으로 향하는 두 개의 와이어, 두 개의 와이어 일측에 각각 부착되며 보디의 개구부를 밀봉시키는 커넥터 내부에 고정 설치되는 두 개의 단자, 및 상기 서미스터와 와이어 연결 부위를 밀봉하는 수축 튜브를 포함하는 수온 감지부;상기 보디에 형성되는 홈의 내부에 설치되며 상기 수온 감지부와 독립적으로 배치되어 상기 보디 외부 수온을 감지하여 운전자가 인식하는 온도 게이지로 출력하도록 보디 홈의 내주면에 설치되는 고리 형상의 서미스터, 상기 서미스터와 접촉되는 고리 형상의 플레이트, 상기 플레이트에 일단이 접촉되는 스프링, 상기 플레이트의 대향하는 쪽의 상기 스프링의 일단에 접촉 지지되는 다른 플레이트, 및 상기 다른 플레이트에 일단이 부착되어 타단이 보디의 홈 밖으로 향하는 와이어를 포함하는 온도 게이지부; 그리고상기 보디에 형성되는 홈의 개구부를 밀봉시키며 상기 수온 감지부와 온도 게이지부의 각 단자를 독립적으로 분리시키도록 상기 와이어에 부착되는 플레이트와 스프링을 통하여 전달되는 서미스터의 변화를 운전자가 인식하게 되는 게이지와 연결되는 단자를 구비한 커넥터;로 이루어지는 자동차의 일체형 수온 센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수온 감지부와 온도 게이지부가 서로 통전되지 않게 배치시키며, 이를 위하여 상기한 보디의 홈에 실리콘을 주입시킴을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 일체형 수온 센서.
