Claims (8)
- 하우징과, 상기 하우징내에 회전가능하게 지지된 입력축과, 상기 하우징내에 회전가능하게 지지된 전방 출력축 및 후방 출력축과, 상기 입력축을 상기 전방 출력축 및 후방 출력축에 작동가능하게 연결하고 그 사이에서 토오크를 분할하는 구동 수단을 포함하며, 상기 전방 출력축은 후방 출력축의 회전축선과는 평행하지 않은 회전 축선을 포함하는 토오크 전달 케이스에 있어서, 상기 전방 출력축에 토오크를 공급하기 위해 상기 구동 수단과 전방 출력축 사이에 연결되는 정속 연결장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전달 케이스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동 수단은 한쪽 단부에 제1직경(D1)의 제1원통형 구멍(81)과 대향 단부에 제2직경(D2)의 제2원통형 구멍(82)을 구비한 제2구동 스프로켓(51)이며, 상기 제1직경(D1)과 제2직경(D2)은 제2구동 스프로켓(51)이 회전할 때 상기 구멍을 가로질러 압력차가 발생되고 이에 의해 상기 하우징내에 포함된 윤활유가 가압되어 정속 연결장치가 윤활될 수 있도록 서로 다른 칫수로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전달 케이스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동 수단은 한쪽 단부에서 제1베어링 수단에 의해 상기 하우징에 회전가능하게 지지된 제1허브를 가지며 대향 단부에서 제2베어링 수단에 의해 회전가능하게 지지된 제2허브를 갖는 구동 부재이며, 상기 제1베어링 수단은 제1내경을 형성하며, 상기 제2베어링 수단은 상기 제1내경보다 작은 제2내경을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전달 케이스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전방 출력축은 상기 정속 연결장치에 의해 한쪽 단부에 회전가능하게 단독으로 지지되며, 단일의 베어링 수단에 의해 대향 단부에 회전가능하게 단독으로 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전달 케이스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토오크 전달 케이스는 4륜 구동 전달 케이스인 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전달 케이스.
- 하우징과, 상기 하우징내에 회전가능하게 지지되며 서로 평행한 제1구동 스프로켓 및 제2구동 스프로켓과, 상기 제1구동 스프로켓 및 제2구동 스프로켓 사이에 구동가능하게 연결되는 체인을 포함하는 토오크 전달 케이스에 있어서, 볼 형태의 정속 연결장치가 상기 제1구동 스프로켓 및 제2구동 스프로켓중 어느 하나에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전달 케이스.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 볼 형태의 정속 연결장치의 외측면은 상기 제1구동 스프로켓 및 제2구동 스프로켓중 어느 하나에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전달 케이스.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 볼 형태의 정속 연결장치의 내측면은 상기 제1구동 스프로켓 및 제2구동 스프로켓과는 평행하지 않은 축의 단부상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 전달 케이스.
