Claims (12)
- 제2항의 항진균 단백질(Tenecin 3) 유전자를 포함하고 있는 발현벡터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 단백질 발현가능의 플라스미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 발현벡터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 말토스 결합 단백질(maltose binding protein)을 융합파트너로 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발현벡터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 히스티딘이 표지된 항진균 단백질(Tenecin 3)을 생산할 수 있는 벡터인 것을 특징으로 하는 발현벡터.
- 제3항의 발현벡터로 형질전환된 숙주 미생물을 배양하여 항진균 단백질 (Tenecin 3)의 발현을 유도하고, 이를 수득하는 공정을 포함하는 재조합 항진균 단백질(Tenecin 3)의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 숙주 미생물을 대장균인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항의 항진균 단백질(Tenecin 3)에서 신호펩타이드가 결실되고 남은 성숙 항진균 단백질(mature Tenecin 3)의 아미노산 서열이 일부 결실되거나 치환된 변종.
- 제9항에 있어서, 신호펩타이드를 포함하는 항진균 단백질(Tenecin 3)의 아미노산 서열을 기준으로 한 94∼96번 아미노산, 70∼96번 아미노산, 61∼96번 아미노산, 48∼96번 아미노산, 19∼28번 아미노산, 19∼35번 아미노산, 19∼47번 아미노산, 19∼55번 아미노산 및 19∼63번 아미노산으로 구성된 구릅으로부터 선택되는 1종의 아미노산 그룹이 결실된 것을 특징으로 하는 변종.
- 제9항에 있어서, 신호펩타이드를 포함하는 항진균 단백질(Tenecin 3)의 아미노산 서열을 기준으로 한 67∼70번 아미노산, 72∼75번 아미노산, 77∼80번 아미노산, 82∼85번 아미노산, 86∼89번 아미노산 및 91∼94번 아미노산으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 1종의 아미노산 그룹이 알라닌으로 치환된 것을 특징으로 하는 변종.
- 제9항의 변종을 암호화하고 있는 유전자를 단백질 발현가능의 벡터에 삽입하고, 그를 숙주 미생물에 도입한 다음, 형질전환체를 배양하여 변종 단백질의 발현을 유도하고, 이를 수득하는 공정을 포함하는 재조합 변종 단백질의 제조방법.
