Claims (7)
- 탄성 피복사의 제조방법에 있어서,합섬사 필라멘트 사조(6)를 가열판(Heat plate)(4)에 의해 열고정(Heat setting)한 후 열처리된 사조를 가연체(16)에서 가연하는 한편, 탄성사(8)를 별도의 연신 로울러(DR4, DR5)에 의해 연신하여, 상기 합섬사 필라멘트 사조와 탄성사를 동시에 같이 합사하면서 혼섬하여 인터레이싱장치(10)에서 인터레이싱하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교락 혼섬 탄성 피복사의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 합섬사가 폴리에스터 또는 나이론인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 교락 혼섬 탄성 피복사의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서.상기 탄성사의 연신비가 2 내지 4 로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 교락 혼섬 탄성 피복사의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 합섬사 필라멘트 사조를 가연후, 부가하여 설치된 로울러들(DR2, DR3)을 통과시키면서 오버피드(Overfeed)를 주어 상기 탄성사와의 합사, 혼섬 과정에 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 교락 혼섬 탄성 피복사의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 오버피드 과정에서의 오버피드율이 10 내지 30%인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 교락 혼섬 탄성 피복사의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가연체(16)가 프릭션 디스크 타입인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 교락 혼섬 탄성 피복사의 제조 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 인터레이싱후 교락도가 550 내지 800 EA/M로 되는 것을 상기 교락 혼섬 탄성 피복사의 제조 방법.
