Claims (3)
- 공급되는 원료 혼합가스의 압력을 조절하는 압력조절밸브와; 상기 압력조절밸브를 경유한 원료 혼합가스가 유입되고, 제올라이트 5A와 분자체탄소가 충진된 다수개의 흡착탑과; 상기 압력조절밸브와 흡착탑 사이에 장착되어 흡착탑내로 공급되는 원료 혼합가스의 양을 조절하는 유량조절 밸브와; 상기 흡착탑에 의해 불순물이 제거된 이소부탄이 저장되는 이소부탄 저장조와; 상기 흡착탑내의 불순물을 탈착하는 진공펌프와; 상기 흡착탑과 흡착탑, 압력조절밸브와 다수개의 흡착탑, 다숙대의 흡착탑과 이소부탄 저장조, 다수개의 흡착탑과 진공펌프 사이에 각각 장착되는다수개의 밸브로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 이소부탄의 흡착분리정제장치.
- 제1항에 있어서; 상기 흡착탑내에 제올라이트 5A만 충진된 흡착분리정제장치와, 분자체탄소만 충진된 흡착분리정제장치를 직렬로 연결하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 이소부탄의 흡착분리정제장치.
- 압력조절밸브에 의해 압력이 조절되고, 이소부탄 성분 이외에 메탄, 에탄, 프로판, 노말부탄, 1-부텐, 2-부텐, 이소부텐이 포함된 혼합가스 또는 그 일부의 성분만으로 이루어진 혼합가스를 제올라이트 5A와 분자체탄소가 충진된 다수개의 흡착탑에 공급하여 이소부탄을 정제함과 동시에 정제된 이소부탄을 이소부탄저장조로 이송하는 흡착공정과; 상기 흡착공정이 끝난 다수개의 흡착탑내 압력을 균일하게 하는 1차 균압공정과; 상기 흡착공정과 균압공정이 끝난 흡착탑내의 불술문을 진공펌프에 의해 탈착하여 흡착탑을 재생하는 탈착공정과; 상기 탈착공정이 끝난 흡착탑에 이소부탄 생성물의 일부를 흘려주면서 진공펌프를 가동시키는 저압세정공정과; 상기 저압세정공정이 끝난 흡착탑과 흡착공정이 끝난 흡착탑내의 압력을 균일하게 하는 2차 균압공정과; 상기 저압세정공정과 2차 균압공정이 끝난 흡착탑내로 이소부탄 저장조에 저장된 이소부탄의 일부를 이송하여 흡착탑을 축압시키는 축압공정으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 이소부탄의 흡착분리정제공정.
