Claims (5)
- 희토불화물을 주요성분으로 하고 철산화물이 혼합된 폐수처리 잔사를 탄산나트륨을 혼합하여 가열용융시킨 후, 물에 풀어 여과하고, pH를 2로 조절하고 자석을 사용하여 여과잔사로부터 자성물질을 분리제거하는 것으로 구성되는 폐수처리잔사로부터 희토류의 분리 재생방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열온도는 1000- 1300℃이고, 가열시간은 16-25분인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리잔사로부터 희토류의 분리 재생방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄산나트륨의 첨가량은 폐수잔사에 함유된 불소량으로 환산하여 그 당량비(Na/F)로 1.2배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리잔사로부터 희토류의 분리 재생방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 여과액에 남아있는 불소는 가열하여 NaF형으로 재결정하거나 고농도로 농축시켜 Ca화합물로 침전시켜 형석(CaF2)으로 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리잔사로부터 희토류의 분리 재생방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 분리 및, 재생된 희토류를 산에 용해시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수의 불소제거제.
