Claims (3)
- 음극 슬리브(20)의 상면에 전자방사물질(21)을 피착시킨 음극에 있어서: Ni을 주성분으로 하는 통형상의 음극 슬리브; 상기 음극 슬리브의 상부 개구에 압입되며, 실리콘(Si), 마그네슘(Mg)등의 미량의 환원원제와 Ni와 Sc으로 된 Ni/Sc소결층; 그리고 그 Ni/Sc소결층위에 형성되며, Ba산화물을 주성분으로 하고 Ca, Sr의 산화물이 첨가된 전자방사물질층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자방출용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Ni/Sc소결층은 Sc의 입경이 0.5 내지 0.2이며, 실리콘(Si), 마그네슘(Mg)등의 환원제분말은 0.02 내지 0.03중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자방출용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자방사물질층이 스프레이하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자방출용 음극.
