Claims (1)
- 가공물의 회전각 제어를 행하는 C축 모터를 가지는 주축과 이 주축의 선단부에 가공물을 지지하는 홀더를 구비한 주축대와, 이 주축대의 주축축심과 평행하게 이동가능한 심압대와, 이 심압대의 상.하에 각각 Z축방향 및 X축방향으로 상대이동 가능하게 설치되는 제1Z축, 제2Z축슬라이더 및 제1X축, 제2X축 슬라이더와, 이 제1X축 슬라이더에 X축 방향으로 고속으로 진퇴가능하게 지지되는 제3X축 슬라이더 및 제2X축 슬라이더와, 상기 주축의 C축제어와 제3X축, 제2X축 슬라이더의 위치결정제어를 가능하게 하는 수치제어 장치를 구비하고, 상기 제3X축, 제2X축 슬라이더는 각각 주축축심과 수직방향으로 이동가능하게 서로 마주보게 설치하고, 제3X축 슬라이더는 가공물의 타원가공(황삭타원, 사상타원)을 행하기 위하여 복수의 절삭공구를 장착하며, 제2X축 슬라이더는 진원가공(홈가공, 외경황삭, 외경사상 및 홈모떼기사상)을 행하는 복수의 절삭공구를 부착하여 동시에 절삭가공할 수 있게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 가공기.
