Description
Claims (6)
- 서비스 어댑터부, 충전 포트부, 상기 어댑터부 및 포트부에 각각 형성된 축방향 흐름통로, 상기 통로와 연통되어 서비스 어댑터에 부착된 도관 피팅부(conduit fitting), 서비스 어댑터부와 충전 포트부를 일렬로 연동 관계로 록킹시키도록 다른 부분에 선택 록킹시키기에 적합한 상기 부분중의 하나에 장착된 해체가능한 록킹 수단, 서비스 어댑터부내의 축방향 변위가능한 수동 밸브, 제1 및 제2 축방향으로 위치 사이에서 밸브를 축방향으로 변위시키기 위한 변위 수단, 충전 포트 통로내에 위치된 자동 밀봉 밸브, 자동 밀봉 밸브를 폐쇄 상태쪽으로 편의시키는 스프링 수단 및, 밸브의 위치에 관계없이 서비스 어댑터 밸브를 폐쇄 상태로 유지시키는 서비스 어댑터 통로내에 위치된 연동 수단을 포함하며, 상기 서비스 어댑터부가 충전 포트부상에 완전히 연결될때 상기 연동 수단이 충전 포트부와 결합하고, 이러한 결합으로 연동 수단의 작용이 불필요해지므로, 수동 밸브가 서비스 어댑터 통로를 통한 유체 흐름을 제어하며, 상기 서비스 어댑터부내의 연동수단은 서비스 어댑터부내에서 축방향으로 변위가능한 환상 슬리브 밸브를 포함하고, 상기 서비스 어댑터부 통로내의 스프링 수단은 슬리브 밸브를 어댑터부 밸브와 폐쇄 관계로 편의시키며, 상기 슬리브 밸브 서비스 어댑터부와 충전 포트부가 완전히 상호 연결될때 충전 포트를 결합시키며, 상기 결합으로, 슬리브 밸브가 스프링 수단에 의한 변위에 대하여 축방향으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동 시스템 서비스 커플링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밀봉수단은 서비스 어댑터 밸브에 형성되고, 환상 밸브 시트는 슬리브 밸브에 형성되고, 상기 슬리브 밸브 스프링 수단은 슬리브 밸브의 밸브 시트를 밸브 밀봉 수단과의 결합부쪽으로 편의시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동 시스템 서비스 커플링.
- 제2항에 있어서, 서비스 어댑터 밸브는 서비스 어댑터부와 충전 포트부가 완전히 상호 결합될때 서비스 어댑터 밸브가 제2위치로 위치 설정되면 충전 포트 자동 밀봉 밸브를 결합 및 해체시키는 축방향 연장부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동 시스템 서비스 커플링.
- 서비스 어댑터 본체, 상기 본체에 형성된 축방향 흐름 통로, 상기 통로와 연통되어 서비스 어댑터 본체에 형성된 도관 피팅부 및, 양립성 충전 포트와 일렬의 상호 연결 관계로 상기 본체에 선택적으로 록킹되는 본체내의 해제가능 록킹 수단을 포함하는, 냉동 시스템에 냉동제를 첨가하는 서비스 어댑터에 있어서, 서비스 어댑터 본체내의 축방향 변위가능한 수동 밸브, 제1 및 제2 축방향 위치사이에서 상기 수동 밸브를 축방향으로 변위시키는 변위 수단 및, 상기 수동 밸브의 축방향 위치에 관계없이 수동 밸브를 폐쇄상태로 유지시키는 서비스 어댑터 본체 통로내에 위치된 연동수단을 포함하며, 상기 서비스 어댑터 본체가 완전히 접속될때 상기 연동 수단이 충전 포트와 결합하며, 이 결합으로 연동 수단의 작용을 불필요하게 함으로써 수동 밸브가 서비스 어댑터 본체 통로를 통한 유체 흐름을 제어하며, 상기 서비스 어댑터 본체내의 연동수단은 서비스 어댑터 본체 통로내에서 축방향으로 변위가능한 환상 슬리브 밸브를 포함하고, 서비스 어댑터 본체 통로내의 스프링 수단은 슬리브 밸브를 수동 밸브와 폐쇄 관계로 편의시키며, 상기 슬리브 밸브는 서비스 어댑터 본체가 완전히 상호 접속될때 충전 포트를 서비스 어댑터 본체에 결합시키며, 이 결합으로 슬리브 밸브를 스프링 수단에 의한 변위에 대하여 축방향으로 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 어댑터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉수단은 수동 밸브에 형성되고, 환상 밸브 시트는 슬리브 밸브에 형성되고, 상기 슬리브 밸브 스프링 수단은 슬리브의 밸브 밸브 시트를 밸브 밀봉 수단과의 결합부쪽으로 편의시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 어댑터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 축방향 충전 포트 밸브는 슬리브 밸브를 통해 연장되는 수동 밸브상에 형성된 연장부에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서비스 어댑터.
