Claims (13)
- 권선드럼(2)을 피보팅하는 베어링(9)의 보디(9a)일부에 플로팅핀(17)을 통하여 캘리퍼(12)를 부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 권양기용 제동장치.
- 권선드럼(2)을 피보팅하는 베어링(9)의 보디(9a)에 일체로 플로팅핀 부착편부(16,16)를 돌출상으로 형성하고, 그 보디(9a)의 그 부착편부(16)에 플로팅핀(17)을 통하여 캘리퍼(12)를 부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 권양기용 제동장치.
- 권선드럼(2)을 피보팅하는 베어링(9)의 보디(9a)에 일체로 한쌍의 플로팅핀 부착편부(16,16)를 돌출상으로 형성하고, 그 보디(9a)의 그 부착편부(16,16)에 플로팅핀(17,17)을 통하여 캘리퍼(12)를 부착하고 그 캘리퍼(12)에 삽입된 푸시로드(26)의 축심점(O)에 관하여, 대략 180°점 대칭 위치에 상기 플로팅핀(17,17)의 축심점(Of,Of)을 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 권양기용 제동장치.
- 권선드럼(2)에 설치된 피제동용 디스크(11)를, 그 양면에서 협압하여 제동하는 한쌍의 브레이크슈(20,20)를 구비한 권양기용 제동장치에 있어서, 각 브레이크슈(20,20)를 상기 디스크(11)의 상기 양면 각각에 균일하게 맞닿도록 회전가능하게 그 각 브레이크슈(20,20)가 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 권양기용 제동장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 한쌍의 브레이크슈(20,20)를 상호 떨어지는 방향으로 항상 탄발가세하는 리턴스프링(30)을 부설한 것을 특징으로 하는 권양기용 제동장치.
- 권선드럼(2)에 설치된 피제동용 디스크(11)를, 그 양면에서 협압하여 제동하는 한쌍의 브레이크슈(20,20)를 구비한 권양기용 제동장치에 있어서, 각 브레이크슈(20,20)를 상기 디스크(11)의 상기 양면 각각에 균일하게 맞닿도록 회전가능하게 그 각 브레이크슈(20,20)가 부착되고, 또한, 그 브레이크슈(20)의 상기 회전을 비제동시에는 복원위치로 되돌림과 동시에 브레이크슈(20)를 틈새없이 유지하는 탄발리테이너(54)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 권양기용 제동장치.
- 한쌍의 브레이크슈(20,20)내 한쪽은 푸시로드(26)선단에 구심이음매(27)를 통하여 부설되고, 다른쪽은 조정나사(25)선단에 구심이음매(27)를 통하여 부설되고, 또한 한쌍의 그 브레이크슈(20,20)를 서로 떨어지는 방향으로 항시 탄발가세하는 리턴스프링(30)을 부설함과 동시에, 그 리턴스프링(30)으로 한쌍의 상기 브레이크슈(20,20)를 푸시로드(26)선단·조정나사(25)선단에, 상기 구심이음매(27)를 통하여 밀착유지하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 권양기용 제동장치.
- 캘리퍼(12)와 전자석부(13)로 구성되는 유니트(14)를 미소치수의 부유가능하게 부착부재(15)에 부착하고, 또한 그 부착부재(15)에 대하여 상기 캘리퍼(12)가 떨어지는 방향으로 탄발가세하는 탄발부재(40)를 설치하고, 또한 그 캘리퍼(12)가 상기 떨어지는 방향으로 과대하게 이동하는 것을 규제하는 규제부재(41)를 설치하고, 디스크(11)에 대한 캘리퍼(12)의 센터링을 도모하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 권양기용 제동장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 부착부재(15)가 권선드럼(2)을 피보팅하는 베어링(9)의 보디(9a)일부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 권양기용 제동장치.
- 전자석부(13)의 가동철심(28)의 미소한 움직임을 확대하는 레버부재(48)를 통하여, 리미트스위치(46)의 검출자(51)를 작동시켜서 상기 전자석부(13)의 가동철심(28) 작동위치를 검출하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 권양기용 제동장치.
- 한쌍의 브레이크슈(20,20)내의 한쪽은 푸시로드(26)선단에 구심이음매(27)를 통하여 부설되고, 다른쪽은 조정나사(25)선단에 구심이음매(27)를 통하여 부설되고, 또한 상기 구심이음매(27)의 구면수부(27a)와 구면암부(27b)를 밀접방향으로 가압하는 탄발부재(55)를 설치하고, 또한 브레이크슈(20)의 오목부(23)내에 상기 구심이음매(27)가 수납되게 하여 그 구심이음매(27)의 상기 구면수부(27a)·암부(27b)내의 디스크(11)측의 것에 틈새없이 유지되는 탄발리테이너(54)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 권양기용 제동장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 구면수부(27a)와 구면암부(27b)에 축심공(56,57)을 관통설치하고, 푸시로드(26)·조정나사(25)선단의 세축부(58,58)를 상기 축심공(56,57)에 각각 삽통하여 그 세축부(58,58)선단부에 부설한 접시스프링을 가지고, 상기 구면수부(27a)와 구면암부(27b)를 밀접방향으로 가압하는 탄발부재(55)를 구성하고, 그 탄발부재(55)를 브레이크슈(20)의 오목부(23)에 내장시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 권양기용 제동장치.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 3 항, 제 4 항, 제 6 항, 제 7 항, 제 8 항, 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서, 가동철심(28)과 고정철심(33)을 갖는 전자석부(13)를 구비하고, 가동철심(28)과 고정철심(33)의 대응면간에 브레이크 작동시의 충격을 완화하기 위하여 압축고무(62…)를 개재시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 권양기용 제동장치.
