Claims (2)
- 히터몸체부와 전원연결용 콘센트 및 내열전선(26)으로 구성되고, 상기 히터몸체부는 용탕유동관(4)이 중심을 지나도록 중공을 갖춘 주철재 가열관(1)과, 상기 가열관(1)에 나선형으로 권취되는 히터코일(3)과, 상기한 히터코일(3)을 감싸면서 가열관(1)의 외주면에 면접촉되어 열을 전달시키도록 한 장구형상의 유격조절구(2)와, 외피의 단열재(15)로 마감되는 원통체로 이루어지고, 상기 전원용 연결콘센트(12)는 연결브라켓(6)과 상기 연결브라켓(6)의 외측면에 마그네시아 파우더로 소결성형시킨 내열관(5)과, 세라믹 내화재질의 접촉부(14)를 갖추고 방열을 위한 원통형상으로 장착되어지는 콘센트(12)와, 상기 콘센트(12)에 삽입되어 히터코일(3)에 전원을 공급하도록 하는 세라믹 내화재질의 삽입부(8)를 갖춘 플러그(7)로 이루어지며, 내열전선(26)은 금속으로 피복된 가요성 전선으로 이루어진 용탕유동관의 가열히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가열관(1)의 외주면에는 유격조절구(2)의 중간부분이 요철부(20)의 돌출부(22)에 밀착되도록 세로로 요철부(20)가 형성되어서, 상기 유격조절구(2)의 양측 플랜지가 요철부(20)의 홈부(24)에 끼워져 가열관(1)과 유격조절구(2)가 요철결합방식으로 조합되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 용탕유동관의 가열히터.
