Claims (10)
- (A)(1) 일반식 NR2(CH2)x(NR)y(CH2)zSi(OH)2OM(이때, R은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 탄소원자 1 내지 약 6개를 갖는 일가 탄화수소 라디칼이고, M은 나트륨, 칼륨, 리튬, 루비듐 또는 세슘중에서 선택된 알칼리 금속이고, x는 0 내지 5범위의 수이고, y는 0 또는 1이나, 단 x 가 0이라면 y는 1 이고, z는 1 내지 6범위의 수이고, x + z는 1 내지 6 범위의 수이다)을 갖는 알칼리 금속 아미노유기작용성 실리코네이트 또는 그의 4급 아민염 약 5 내지 약 50중량부; (2) (i) 일반식 R1Si(OH)2OM의 단량체 화합물 또는 (ii) 일반식 R1(OM)SiO2/2의 단위를 함유하는 중합체 화합물(이때, R1은 탄소원자 1 내지 약 6 개를 갖는 일가 탄화수소 라디칼이고, M은 나트륨, 칼륨, 리튬, 루비듐, 또는 세슘중에서 선택된 알칼리 금속이다) 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 알칼리 금속 유기실리코네이트 약 95 내지 약 50중량부를 포함하는 혼합물(이때, (A)(1)과 (A)(2)의 합은 100중량부이다) 약 5 내지 약 70중량부 ; 및 (B) 물 약 30 내지 약 95중량부를 포함하는, 석재 및 목재 표면에 발수성을 제공하기 위한 수성 조성물( 이때 (A) 와 (B)의 합은 100중량부이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 수소이고, R1이 메틸, 에틸 또는 페닐이고, M이 나트륨 또는 칼륨이고, x가 2이고, y가 1이고, z가 3인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A)(2)가 칼륨 메틸실리코네이트, 또는 칼륨 메틸 실리코네이트와 칼륨 페닐 실리코네이트의 블렌드인 조성물.
- (1)(1) 일반식 NR2(CH2)x(NR)y(CH2)zSi(OH)2OM(이때, R은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 탄소원자 1 내지 약 6개를 갖는 일가 탄화수소 라디칼이고, M은 나트륨, 칼륨, 리튬, 루비듐 또는 세슘중에서 선택된 알칼리 금속이고, x는 0 내지 5범위의 수이고, y는 0 또는 1이나, 단 x가 0이라면 y는 1이고, z는 1 내지 6범위의 수이고, x + z는 1 내지 6 범위의 수이다)을 갖는 알칼리 금속 아미노유기작용성 실리코네이트 또는 그외 4급 아민 염 약 5 내지 약 50중량부; (2)(i) 일반식 R2Si(OH)2OM의 단량체 화합물, (ii) 일반식 R2(OM)SiO2/2의 단위를 포함하는 중합체 화합물, 또는 (iii)(a)일반식 (CH3)(OM)SiO2/2의 단위를 포함하는 중합체 화합물 약 70중량% 내지 약 90중량%; (b) 일반식 (CH3)2SiO2/2의 단위를 포함하는 중합체 화합물 약 3중량% 내지 약 20중량%; 및 (c) 일반식 [(CH3)(CH2)5] (OM)SiO2/2의 단위를 포함하는 중합체 화합물 약 7중량% 내지 약 27중량%를 포함하는 중합체 블렌드중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 알칼리 금속 유기실리코네이트(이때, R2는 탄소원자 1 내지 약 8개를 갖는 일가 탄화 수소 라디칼이고, M은 나트륨, 칼륨, 리튬, 루비듐, 또는 세슘중에서 선택된 알칼리 금속이다) 약 95 내지 약 50중량부를 포함하는 혼합물(이때 (I)(1)과 (I)(2)의 합은 100 중량부이다) 약 2 내지 약 60중량부; (II) 탄소원자 1 내지 4개를 갖는 지방족 일가 알콜 또는 탄소원자 3 내지 5개를 갖는 케톤중에서 선택된 수용성 유기용매 약 1 내지 약 20중량부; 및 (III) 물 약 20 내지 약 97중량부를 포함하는 석재 및 목재 표면에 발수성을 제공하기 위한 수지 조성물(이때, (I),(II) 및 (III)의 합은 100중량부이다).
- 제4항에 있어서, R이 수소이고, R1이 메틸, 에틸 또는 페닐이고, M이 나트륨 또는 칼륨이고, x가 2이고, y가 1이고, z가 3인 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서 (I)(2)가 (a) 일반식 (CH3)(OM)SiO2/2의 단위를 포함하는 중합체 화합물 약 75중량% 내지 약 85중량%; (b) 일반식 (CH3)(OM)SiO2/2의 단위를 포함하는 중합체 화합물 약 5중량% 내지 약 10중량%; 및 (c) 일반식 [(CH3)(CH2)5](OM)SiO2/2의 단위를 포함하는 중합체 화합물 약 5중량% 내지 약 20중량%를 포함하는 중합체 블렌드인 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유기 용매(II)가 메탄올, 에탄올, n-프로판올, 이소프로판올 또는 에틸렌 글리콜중에서 선택된 지방족 일가 알콜, 또는 아세톤, 메틸에틸케톤, 또는 2-펜타논중에서 선택된 케톤인 조성물.
- (A')(I') 일반식 NR2(CH2)x(NR)y(CH2)zSi(OH)2OM(이때, R은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 탄소원자 1 내지 약 6개를 갖는 일가 탄화수소 라디칼이고, M은 나트륨, 칼륨, 리튬, 루비듐 또는 세슘중에서 선택된 알칼리 금속이고, x는 0 내지 5범위의 수이고, y는 0 또는 1이나, 단 x가 0이라면 y는 1이고, z는 1 내지 6범위의 수이고, x + z는 1 내지 6 범위의 수이다)을 갖는 알칼리 금속 아미노유기작용성 실리코네이트 또는 그외 4급 아민염 약 5 내지 약 50중량부; (II')(a)일반식 (CH3)(OM)SiO2/2의 단위를 포함하는 중합체 화합물 약 70중량% 내지 약 90중량%; (b) 일반식 (CH3)2SiO2/2의 단위를 포함하는 중합체 화합물 약 3중량% 내지 약 20중량%; 및 (c) 일반식 [(CH3)(CH2)5] (OM)SiO2/2의 단위를 포함하는 중합체 화합물 약 7중량% 내지 약 27중량%를 포함하는 알칼리 금속 유기 실리코네이트 중합체 브렌드(이때, M은 나트륨, 칼륨, 리튬, 루비듐, 또는 세슘중에서 선택된 알칼리 금속이다) 약 95 내지 약 50중량부를 포함하는 혼합물( 이때 (A')(I')과 (A')(II')의 합은 100중량부이다) 약 1 내지 약 10중량부; (B') 비이온성 계면활성제 약 1 내지 약 10중량부; 및 (C') 물 약 80 내지 약 98중량부를 포함하는 석재 및 목재 표면에 발수성을 제공하기 위한 수성 조성물(이때, (A')(B') 및 (C')의 합은 100중량부이다).
- 제8항에 있어서, (A')가 약 5 내지 약 10중량부의 양으로 존재하고, (B')가 약 1 내지 약 5중량부의 양으로 존재하고, (C')가 약 85 내지 약 94중량부의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, (A')(II')가 (a) 일반식 (CH3)(OM)SiO2/2의 단위를 포함하는 중합체 화합물 약 75중량% 내지 약 85중량%; (b) 일반식 (CH3)2SiO2/2의 단위를 포함하는 중합체 화합물 약 5중량% 내지 약 10중량%; 및 (c) 일반식 [(CH3)(CH2)5] (OM)SiO2/2의 단위를 포함하는 중합체 화합물 약 5중량% 내지 약 20중량%를 포함하는 중합체 블렌드인 조성물.
