Claims (3)
- 마그네틱 공구(10)의 비트(11)를 투입구(18)에 삽입하여 자화시키기 위한 자력보강용 자화장치에 있어서, 상기 투입구(18)에 비트(11)가 삽입될 때 삽입 신호를 출력하는 센서부(27), 그 센서부(27)의 삽입 신호에 의해 타이머 구동 신호를 출력하는 타이머 구동 릴레이 (28), 그 타이머 구동 신호에 의해 소정의 설정 시간 동안 온 신호를 출력하는 타이머 회로(29), 그 타이머 회로(29)의 온 신호에 의해 자화 전원을 인가시키는 자화 전원 온/오프릴레이(32), 상기 자력 보강용 자화장치에 의해 자화전원이 인가될 때 자화코일(12)에 자화전류를 통전 시키도록 자화전원에 연결되어 온으로 되는 자화릴레이(33), 그리고 그 자화릴레이(33)가 온일 때에 온으로 되어 자화전류가 통전되는 자화코일(12)을 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 상기 타이머 회로(29)가 온으로 되는 소정의 설정 시간 동안만 자화코일(12)이 통전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자력 보강용 자화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 타이머 회로(29)의 온 신호에 의해 소정의 설정 시간동안 자화 코일(12)이 통전되는 것을 위한 표시수단 구동릴레이(31)에 의해 구동되는 표시수단(19), (20)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자력보강용 자화장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 타이머 회로(29)의 설정 시간을 가변시키기 위한 가변저항(30)을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자력 보강용 자화장치.
