Claims (10)
- -흑연 박편 입자를 200 내지 500℃에서 산소-함유 대기하에 산화시키거나,-흑연 박편 입자를 물에 현탁시키고 이를 수용성 산화제로 산화 시키거나, 또는-흑연 박편 입자를 산소-함유 대기하에서 산화시키고, 상기 산화된 입자를 물에 현탁시키고, 이를 수용성 산화제로 더 산화시킴으로써 수득할 수 있는 산화된 흑연 박편 입자.
- 표민이 이산화 티탄 수화물 및/또는 이산화 티탄으로 코팅된 제 1항에 따른 산화된 흑연 박편 입자를 포함하는 박편 안료.
- 표면이 루틸 이산화 티탄 수화물 및/또는 루틸 이산화 티탄으로 코팅된 제1항에 따른 산화된 흑연 박편 입자를 포함하는 박편안료.
- 제1항에 따른 산화된 흑연 박편 입자의 표면을 덮고 있는 이산화 규소와 함께 상기 입자 및 루틸 이산화 티탄 수화물 및/또는 루틸 이산화 티탄을 포함하는 박편 안료.
- 산화된 박편 입자를 물에 현탁시키고 상기 현탁액에 티탄염 수용액 및 염기성 물질의 수용액을 동시에 가하므로써, 이산화 티탄 수화물을 상기 흑연 박편 입자의 표면상에 균일하고 조밀하게 부착시킴을 포함하는 제2항에 따른 박편 안료의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 후속 단계로서 상기 박편 안료를 450 내지 950℃에서 소성시킴을 포함하는 방법.
- 산화된 흑연 박편 입자를 물에 현탁시키고, 상기 현탁액에 티탄염, 및 주석염, 아연염, 리튬염 및 안티몬염으로부터 선택된 금속염의 수용액과 염기성 물질의 수용액을 모두 동시에 가하므로써 이산화티탄 수화물 및 상기 금속염으로부터 생성된 산화 금속 수화물을 상기 흑연 박편 입자의 표면에 부착시키고, 티탄염 수용액 및 염기성 물질의 수용액을 모두 동시에 가하므로써 이산화 티탄 수화물을 부착시키고, 생성된 고형물질을 여과하고 세척하고, 건조시키고, 상기 고형물질을 소성시킴을 포함하는 제3항에 따른 박편 안료의 제조방법.
- 산화된 흑연 박편 입자를 물에 현탁시키고, 상기 현탁액에 주석염, 아연염, 리튬염 및 안티몬염으로부터 선택된 금속염의 수용액과 염기성 물질의 수용액을 모두 동시에 가하므로써 상기 금속염으로부터 생성된 산화 금속 수화물을 상기 흑연 박편 입자의 표면상에 부착시키고, 티탄염 수용액 및 염기성 물질의 수용액을 모두 동시에 가하므로써 이산화 티탄 수화물을 부착시키고, 생성된 고형물질을 여과하고, 세척하고 건조시키고, 상기 고형물질을 소성시킴을 포함하는 제3항에 따른 박편 안료의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 산화된 흑연 박편 입자를 이산화 규소로 코팅시켜 박편 안료를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 산화된 흑연 박편 입자를 이산화 규소로 코팅시켜 박편 안료를 제조하기 위한 방법.
