Claims (2)
- 기판(11)위에 유전체막(12)이 형성되고 그 위에 보호막(14) 및 반사막(15)이 순차적으로 형성된 단파장용 기록매체에 있어서, 상기 유전체막(12)과 보호막(14) 사이에 NdxGdy(TbFeCoCr)100-x-y으로 이루어진 재생막(16)과 TbFeCoCr로 이루어진 기록막(13)이 순차적으로 형성되고, 상기 재생막(16)의 Nd 및 Gd의 각각의 함량이 0x≤25atm.%, 0y≤15atm.%인 것을 특징으로 하는 단파장용 광자기 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재생막의 두께가 10∼500Å범위이고, 상기 기록막(13)의 두께가 10∼1000Å범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 단파장용 광자기 기록매체.
