Claims (4)
- 사각동체(1)의 내저부에 설치된 열교환 전열관(2)의 저면에 다공판(3)을 설치하고 사각동체(1)의 상부에는 물방울 제거필터(4)를 설치한 것에 있어서, 사각동체(1)의 일측으로 배기가스 유도통로(5)가 형성되게 배기유입구(6)를 갖은 사각외동체(1a)를 설치하되 다공판(3)의 저면에서 점차 경사진 배기가스 유도통로(5a)를 이루도록 사각외동체(1a)의 저면판(1b)을 경사지게 형성하여 배기가스가 다공판(3)을 통과하여 사각동체(1)내로 공급될 때 열교환기 전열관(2) 배열사이에 일정한 높이의 물유동층이 형성되게 하여서 된 물 유동층을 이용한 배기가스 폐열회수용 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서 사각동체(1)의 일측으로 배기가스 유도통로(5)가 형성되게 배기유입구(6)를 갖은 사각외동체(1a)를 설치하여 다공판(3)의 저면에서 점차 경사진 배기가스 유도통로(5a)를 이루도록 사각외동체(1a)의 저면판(1b)을 경사지게 형성하되 사각외동체(1a)와 저면판(1b)의 연접부를 호형으로 만곡시켜 연접시켜서된 물 유동층을 이용한 배기가스 폐열회수용 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서 사각외동체(1a)의 상부에는 배기가스 배출구(8)와 연통되게 배기가스 바이패스관(9)을 설치하여 고온의 배기가스 일부가 바이패스관(9)을 통하여 배기가스 배출구(8)로 유입되어 물방울 제거필터(4)를 통과하여 나오는 냉각된 수분 포화상태의 배기가스와 혼합되므로 수분이 포화된 배기가스는 재가열되어 배기가스 배출구(8) 이후의 연도에서는 배기가스의 냉각으로 인한 수분의 응축현상을 방지케 하여서된 물유동층을 이용한 배기가스 폐열회수용 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서 전열관(2)의 배열 상부에 물유동층 높이를 일정하게 유지하기 위하여 열교환기 작동시간 동안에 자동조절밸브(7)를 설치한 급수관(7a)을 통하여 소량의 물이 자동으로 급수되게 하는 동시에 배수구(10)를 설치하여 일정수위 이상의 물을 배수구(10)로 배수시키게 한 물 유동층을 이용한 배기가스 폐열회수용 열교환기.
