Description
Claims (1)
- 게이트, 소스 및 DC 전압 단자에 연결된 드레인을 갖는 바이어스용 FET로 이루어지는 바이어스 회로; 기준전압이 공급되는 동상(同相)입력단자, 역상(逆相)입력단자 및 출력단자를 갖는 부귀환(負歸還)증폭기; 바이어스용 저항기; 다수의 전류 제어 트랜지스터로 이루어지며, 각자는 상기 바이어스용 FET의 게이트 및 드레인과 연결된 상기 다수의 트랜지스터의 게이트 및 드레인과 함께 정전류원으로서 동작하는 D/A 변환기 회로; 상기 다수의 트랜지스터의 소스와 연결된 다수의 전류 스위치; 상기 다수의 전류 스위치에 스위칭 제어 신호를 공급하는 디코더; 상기 다수의 전류 스위치 및 출력단자와 연결된 출력 저항기를 포함하며, 상기 부귀환 증폭기의 출력단자는 상기 바이어스용 FET의 게이트와 연결되고, 상기 바이어스용 FET의 소스는 상기 바이어스용 저항기를 통해 기준접점에 연결되며 상기 바이어스용 FET의 소스와 상기 바이어스용 저항기의 접속점은 상기 부귀환 증폭기의 역상입력단자에 연결되므로써 부귀환 루프를 제공하고, 상기 바이어스용 저항기의 저항치가 (2n-1)Ro에 의해 선택되는 관계가 유지되는 동안 상기 바이어스용 저항기의 저항치가 변화되어 상기 출력 저항기의 풀스케일전압을 조절하므로 출력전압의 풀스케일치는 기준전압과 실질적으로 동일하며, n은 상기 디코더에 공급되는 디지털 신호의 비트 수이고 Ro는 상기 출력 저항기의 저항치인 D/A 변환기.
