Claims (8)
- 크레이핑 드럼에 크레이핑될 종이 웨브를 도포하기 전에 하기 일반식의 합성 음이온성 중합체를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 종이의 크레이핑 방법.상기식에서, 각 R1은 개별적으로 H 또는 C1내지 C8알킬기이고, R2는 H, -CO2X 또는 -CH2CO2X이며, R3는 -CO2X이거나, 또는 R2및 R3는 서로 합쳐져서 -CO-O-CO-이고, R4는 -CONH2또는 -CON(CH3)2이며, R5는 C1내지 C8알킬기이고, X는 H 또는 NH4이거나 또는 알칼리 금속이며, m은 3 내지 약 100의 정수이고, x, y, z는 서로 개별적으로 x 및 y가 1 내지 9이고 또 z이 0 내지 5일 수 있는 각 단량체의 상대적인 몰비를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 박리제를 또한 크레이핑 드럼에 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 음이온성 중합체가 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 음이온성 중합체가 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산으로부터 유도된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체가 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산과 아크릴아미드 또는 메타크릴아미드 및 알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트 에스테르의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 산 대 아미드의 몰비가 1:5 내지 5:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 겔 투과 크로마토그래피에 의해 측정된 중합체의 분자량이 5,000 내지 150,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 박리제가 이미다졸린 또는 광물유 소포제인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
