Claims (4)
- 시프트레지스터와 버퍼로 이루어진 게이트구동회로와, 시프트레지스터와, 버퍼와, 영상신호가 입력되는 영상신호인입선과, 게이트가 상기한 버퍼에 연결되고 소오스가 상기한 영상신호인입선에 연결되어 버퍼로부터 신호를 입력받아 구동되어 상기한 영상신호를 출력하는 패스게이트 트랜지스터로 이루어진 데이터구동회로와, 복수의 신호선 및 주사선과, 상기한 신호선 및 주사선의 교차점에 형성되어 게이트가 신호선에 연결되고 소오스가 주사선에 연결된 보조박막트랜지스터와, 게이트가 상기한 보조박막트랜지스터의 드레인에 연결되고 소오스가 신호선에 연결되며 드레인이 화소전극에 연결된 화소박막트랜지스터를 이루어지는 데이터 출력표시부로 구성된 액티브매트릭스 액정디스플레이 구동회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 데이터구동회로에 허용신호가 입력되는 허용신호인입선과, 게이트가 상기한 버퍼의 출력선에 연결되어 상기한 버퍼로부터 신호를 입력받아 구동하여 상기한 허용신호를 신호선에 인가하는 허용박막트랜지스터가 추가로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브매트릭스 액정디스플레이 구동회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 보조박막트랜지스터의 문턱전압이 상기한 화소박막트랜지스터의 문턱전압보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브매트릭스 액정디스플레이 구동회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 허용신호인입선에 인가되는 전압이 20∼30V인 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브매트릭스 액정디스플레이 구동회로.
