Claims (4)
- Y를 함유하는 희토류원소중의 적어도 1종류(이하 R로 표시한다.)와 Fe, B,를 주성분으로 하는 R-Fe-B계 영구자석분말의 각각의 분말이, 원자백분율에서R : 10-20%B : 3-20%Ti, V, Nb, Ta, Al, 및 Si 중의 1종류 또는 2종류 이상의 합계량 0.001-5.0%를 함유하고, 나머지가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 된 조성과, 정방정구조로 된 R2Fe14B형 금속간 화합물을 주상으로 한 재결정입자가 집합한 재결정집합조직을 갖고, 전기한 재결정집합조직은, 각각의 재결정입자의 최소지름( a )과 최대지름( b )의 비 b/a의 값이 2미만인 형상의 재결정입자가 전체 재결정입자의 50용량% 이상 차지하고, 또한 전기한 재결정집합조직을 구성하는 재결정입자의 평균재결정입자지름이 0.05-20μm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 자기적 이방성 및 내식성이 우수한 희토류 - Fe- B계 영구자석분말.
- 제1항에 있어서 전기한 평균 재결정입자지름이 바람직하게는 0.05-3μm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 자기적 이방성 및 내식성이 우수한 희토류 - Fe- B계 영구자석분말.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 전기한 재결정입자가 집합한 재결정집합조직이 실질적으로 R2Fe14B형 금속간 화합물상만으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는, 자기적 이방성 및 내식성이 우수한 희토류 - Fe- B계 영구자석분말.
- 제1항 또는 2항, 3항에 있어서, 자기적 이방성 및 내식성이 우수한 희토류- Fe- B계 영구자석분말로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는, 희토류- Fe- B계 접합자석.
