Claims (20)
- 적어도 2개의 단계를 수행하며 제1단계에서는 상이한 비중범위를 나타내는 합성수지 입자를 서로 분리시키고, 제2단계에서는 동일한 비중범위의 합성수지 입자를 분리시키는 것을 특징으로하여 폴리에틸렌(PE), 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리프로필렌(PP), 폴리스티렌(PS), 폴리비닐클로라이드(PVC)와 같이 부분적으로는 중복되고 부분적으로는 상이한 비중범위를 나타내는 각종 화학적 종류의 합성수지로부터 합성수지 혼합물의 합성수지 입자를 분리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성수지 입자를 제1단계에서 비중분리의 원칙에 따라 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 개별 합성수지 사이의 비중차가 큰 범위내에서 저하된 분리 액체의 비중을 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2단계에서 잔류 합성수지 입자를 자유낙하 분리기 속에서 정전기적으로 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 분리액체는 pH값 약 12 내지 12인 염기성 범위 또는 pH값 약 2 내지 4의 산성 범위 에 존재하는 것을 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 분리액체가 주성분이 염화나트륨(NaCl)인 염용액임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 칼륨(K)이온, 마그네슘(Mg)이온 및 황산(SO4) 이온이 추가로 존재함을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 비중 분리단계 후 합성수지 혼합물로부터 분리액체를 물에 의해 씻어냄을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 합성수지 혼합물로부터 예를 들면 원심분리기와 같은 탈수장치에 의해 합성수지 혼합물의 잔류수분 함량이 2%미만으로 감소하도록 물을 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 예비 탈수시킨 합성수지 혼합물을 70 내지 100℃에서 5분 이상 열처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 합성수지 혼합물에 유기물질을 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 유기물질이 지방산임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 지방산의 합성수지 혼합물 1㎏당 10 내지 50㎎ 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 분리액체의 비중을 1.0 내지 1.3g/㎤로 조절함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성수지 혼합물의 합성수지 입자의 크기가 10㎜이하, 바람직하게는 6㎜이하인 것은 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 합성수지 혼합물의 마찰전기 충전이 15 내지 50℃, 바람직하게는 20 내지 35℃의 온도 및 10 내지 40%, 바람직하게는 15 내지 20%의 상대습도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 마찰전기 충전을 위하여 합성수지 혼합물을 유동충 건조에 도입함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 합성수지 나선형 스크류에 의해 충분한 거리로 진행시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 합성수지 혼합물을 압축공기에 의해 일정거리로 진행시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 자유낙하 분리기가 2 내지 3KV/㎝의 전계강도에서 작동함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
