Claims (3)
- 펄세이터(16)를 지니는 세탁조(12)가 고정 구조의 탈수조(13) 내에서 모터(15)에 의해 회전되며 세탁작용을 하는 세탁기에 있어서: 바닥면에서 소정의 지점에 다수의 관통공(13a)이 상호 대칭적으로 형성되는 탈수조(13); 상기 각각의 탈수조(13) 주변에서 다수의 지점에 용접되는 스터드볼트(24); 얇은 두께의 강판을 사용하여 디프드로잉 가공되고, 상기 탈수조(13)의 관통공(13a)상에 스터드볼트(24)에 의해 고정되는 진동판(21); 상기 진동판(21)과 탈수조(13) 사이에 설치되고, 방진 및 기밀성을 제공하는 고무재질의 패킹(25); 상기 진동판(21) 상에 에폭시 등을 이용하여 접합되고, 소정의 주파수를 지닌 초음파를 발생하는 진동자(22); 및 소정의 주파수로 발진되는 신호를 발생하여 상기 진동자(24)로 보내는 초음파발진기(23)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파장치를 지닌 세탁기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동자(22)는 상하의 알루미늄 금속층의 중간에 압전세라믹을 형성한 랑지방(bolt lacked transducer) 형식의 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파장치 식기세척기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세탁조(12)의 외측 바닥면과 상기 진동판(21)의 외측 바닥면은 경질크롬을 소정의 두께로 도금하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파장치를 지닌 세탁기.
