Claims (7)
- 피브릴 형성성의 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 심부로 하고, 비피브릴 형성성의 폴리머를 각부로 하는 평균입경 0.05~1㎛의 심-각 복합미립자를 포함하는 수성 또는 비수성분산체, 혹은 분말로 이루어지고, 해당 복합미립자의 심부와 각부의 중량비가 98:2~50:50인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 결착제.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 비피브릴 형성성의 폴리머가 저분자량 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 혹은 폴리플루오르화비닐리덴, 또는 테트라플루오로에틸렌, 플루오르화비닐리덴 및 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌의 적어도 1종을 단량체 성분으로 하는 함플루오르공중합체, 또는 상온에서 액상인 탄화수소계 단량체를 중합하여 이루어지는 폴리머로부터 선택된 적어도 일종인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 결착제.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 비피브릴 형성성의 폴리머가 테트라플루오로에틸렌을 포함하는 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 결착제.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전지용 결착제가 1~30㎛의 분말, 혹은 비수성분산체인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 결착제.
- 제 1항 내지 4항에 있어서, 양극활성 물질로서 리튬화합물을 포함하는 비수전해질 2차 전지에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 결착제.
- 피브릴 형성성의 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 심부로 하고, 비피브릴 형성성의 폴리머를 각부로 하고, 심부와 각부의 중량비가 98:2~50:50인 평균입경 0.05~1㎛의 심-각 복합미립자의 0.1~10중량%와 잔부 분말상의 전극재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극용 조성물.
- 활성물질로서 리튬화합물을 포함하고, 필요하면 도전제 등을 결착제로 결착하여 일체화하여 이루어지는 양극과 음극과 비수전해질을 구비하는 비수전해질 2차 전지에 있어서, 상기 결착제가 피브릴 형성성의 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 심부로 하고, 비피브릴 형성성의 폴리머를 각부로 하는 평균입경 0.05~1㎛이 심-각 복합미립자를 포함하는 수성 또는 비수성분산체, 혹은 분말로 이루어지고, 해당 복합미립자의 심부와 각부의 중량비가 98:2~50:50인 결착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차 전지.
