Claims (9)
- 광원과; 디스크 면을 향하는 상기 광원으로 부터의 광 진행 경로 상에 마련되는 것으로 소정의 유효직경을 가지는 대물 렌즈와; 상기 대물 렌즈와 상기 광원의 사이에 마련되는 광분할소자와; 상기 광분할소자로 부터 분할되어 입사되는 것으로 상기 디스크로 부터 반사된 광을 검지하는 광 검출기와; 상기 광 검출기를 향하는 광 진행 경로 상에 마련되어 입사광의 근축과 원축 사이 영역의 광을 차단 또는 산란 또는 반사하는 광 제어수단을; 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광 제어 수단은 별도의 투명부재에 단독적으로 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광제어수단은 광을 차단, 흡수, 산란, 반사 등을 할 수 있는 코팅막에 의해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 광검출기는 다수 분할될 제1광검지영역과, 그리고 제1광검지영역을 에워싸는 다수 분할된 제2광검지영역으로 구분되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1광검지영역은, 두꺼운 디스크로 부터 반사된 근축영역의 광에 대응함과 동시에 얇은 디스크로 부터 반사된 광의 근축영역과 원축영역의 광에 대응하는 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 광검출기의 제1광검지영역과 제2광검지영역은 상하좌우 대칭적으로 4분할되어 있고, 전체적으로 마름모꼴을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광검출기는 두꺼운 디스크로 부터 반사된 근축영역의 광에 대응함과 동시에 얇은 디스크로 부터 반사된 광의 근축영역과 원축영역의 광에 대응하는 크기의 광검지영역을 가지며, 상기 광검출기는 다수 분할될 제1광검지영역과, 그리고 제1광검지영역을 에워싸는 다수 분할된 제2광검지영역으로 구분되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1광검지영역은, 얇은 디스크로 부터 반사된 근축영역의 광에 대응함과 동시에 두꺼운 디스크로 부터 반사된 광의 근축영역과 원축영역의 광에 대응하는 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 광검출기의 제1광검지영역과 제2광검지영역은 상하좌우 대칭적으로 4분할되어 있고, 전체적으로 마름모꼴을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.
