Claims (2)
- 망간-아연(MnㆍZn)페라이트 단결정의 제조방법에 있어서, 망간 페라이트 타블렛과 아연 페라이트 타블렛을 미리 제조하고 상기 망간 페라이트 타블렛과 아연 페라이트 타블렛을 별도의 투입 장치에 의해 장입 속도를 조절하면서 단결정 성장용 도가니에 투입하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 망간-아연 페라이트 단결정의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 망간 페라이트 타블렛은 50mol%의 Fe2O3와 50mol% MnO로 구성되며, 상기 아연 페라이트 타블렛은 50mol%의 Fe2O3와 50mol%의 ZnO로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 망간-아연 페라이트 단결정의 제조방법.
