Claims (2)
- 입력되는 프레임 단위의 영상을 독립적인 움직임이 이동 물체별로 분할하는 영상 분할부(21), 상기 이동 물체별로 분할된 영상을 기설정 블럭 단위로 분할하는 블럭 분할부(22), 상기 기 설정 블럭 단위로 분할된 각 블럭중 영상 조각을 포함한 블럭을 검출하는 영상 조각 블럭 검출부(23), 상기 영상 조각을 포함한 블럭내의 영상 조각을 이루는 각 픽셀값들을 일측 방향으로 시프트시켜 재정렬하는 일측 방향 재정렬부(24), 상기 일측 방향으로 재 정렬된 기 설정 블럭의 영상을 일측 방향으로 1차원 DCT 변환하여 각 DCT 변환 계수를 제공하는 일측 방향 1차원 DCT부(25), 상기 1차원 DCT 변환부(25)에서 제공하는 각 DCT 변환 계수들을 상기 일측 방향과 수직인 타측 방향으로 시프트시켜 재정렬하는 타측 방향 재정렬부(26), 상기 타측 방향으로 재 정렬된 기 설정 블럭의 각 DCT 계수들을 타측 방향으로 1차원 DCT 변환하는 타측 방향 1차원 DCT부(27)를 구비한 물체별 부호화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기 설정 블럭은 8×8 블럭인 물체별 부호화 장치.
