Claims (6)
- 초음파를 이용한 볼트 너트 나삿니의 미세 결함 검출 방법에 있어서, 음파가 나삿니 간격을 왕복 진행하는데 걸리는 시간에 해당하는 주파수보다 2배 이상되는 주파수를 가지는 초음파를 일정한 입사각으로 볼트 너트에 방사하는 제1단계; 볼트 너트의 나삿니에 의하여 반사되는 나삿니 신호에 나삿니에 존재하는 결함에 의하여 회절되는 반사되는 레일라이파 신호를 수집하는 제2단계; 및 상기 단계에 의하여 수집된 신호에서 나삿니 신호 다음에 오는 레일라이파 신호를 검출함에 의하여 나삿니에 존재하는 결함을 검출하는 제3단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 레일라이파를 이용한 나삿니의 미세 결함 검출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나삿니의 미세 결함 검출 방법은 나삿니 신화와 다음에 오는 레일라이파 신호간의 시간 간격에 의하여 결함의 크기를 측정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 초음파 레일라이파를 이용한 나삿니의 미세 결함 검출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3단계는. 결함이 업는 나삿니로부터 나삿니 기준신호와 상기 수집된 신호를 컨볼루션함에 의하여 달성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 초음파 레일라이파를 이용한 나삿니의 미세 결함 검출 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제3단게는, 결함이 없는 나삿니 기준신호는 두 개 이상의 결함이 없는 나삿니로부터 얻는 나삿니 기준 신호를 이용한 것임을 특징으로 하는 초음파 레일라이파를 이용한 나삿니의 미세 결함 검출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3단계는, 예측적인 디컨볼루션에 의하여 일정한 간격으로 발생하는 나삿니 신호를 제거하여 결함에 의한 레일라이파 신호만을 남기는 방식을 이용하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 초음파 레일라이파를 이용한 나삿니의 미세 결함 검출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미세 결함 검출 방법은 수집된 신호에서 나삿니 신호와 나삿니 신호 앞에 오는 선단 반사 신호간의 시간 간격에 의하여 결함의 크기를 측정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 초음파 레일라이파를 이용한 볼트 너트의 미세 결함 검출 방법.
