Claims (8)
- 전후 방향으로 뻗은 다수의 냉각관을 서로 평행하게 배열한 냉각관 관속의 상하 방향 중앙부에 하단이 좌우방향으로 확개된 八자형 휨판을 배설하고, 이 휨판의 하측에 좌우대칭으로 2분할된 말단이 넓은 형상으로 배설한 공기냉각용 냉각관군을 설비함과 동시에 냉각관 관속 내부에 공기냉각용 냉각관군의 상부 공간에 연통된 공기배출내관을 설비함을 특징으로 하는 복수기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공기배출 내관은 하단이 공기 냉각용 냉각관군의 상부공간에 연통되어 냉각관 관속내부 위쪽으로 뻗은 것을 특징으로 하는 복수기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공기배출 내관은 상단이 공기 냉각용 냉각관군의 상부공간에 연통되어 냉각관 관속내부 아래쪽으로 뻗은 것을 특징으로 하는 복수기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 좌우의 공기 냉각용 냉각관군의 상부 공간이 연통로에 의하여 서로 연통되고, 그 연통로에 공기 배출내관의 일단이 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 복수기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 공기배출내관은 전후 방향으로 복수개 입설 좌우대칭으로 2분할된 냉각관 관속 사이의 간극내에 배설함과 동시에 각 공기 배출내관의 상부는 공기 냉각관 관속의 상부에 배설된 공기 배출헤더에 접속되고, 공기 배출헤더의 측면에는 냉각관 관속 내부로 뻗어 상기 간극을 덮은 숏 패스 방지판이 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 복수기.
- 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 좌우대칭으로 2분할된 냉각관 관속 사이의 간극의 상부에는 하단이 좌우방향으로 확개된 냉각관 관속 내로 뻗은 숏 패스 방지판이 설비되고, 공기 배출내관이 숏 패스 방지판을 관통하여 위쪽으로 돌출되고, 냉각관 관속의 위쪽에 설비된 공기배출헤더에 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 복수기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 공기배출내관에는 냉각관 군내로 돌출된 숏 패스 방지판이 설비된 것을 특징으로 하는 복수기.
- 제3항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 공기 냉각용 냉각관군 상부의 냉각관 지지판에 각 지지판 사이의 공기 냉각부를 연통하는 공기 연통구멍을 설비하고, 복수기 밖의 공기배출용 공기 출구 배관을 각 냉각관 지지판 사이의 어느곳의 섹숀관 속의 공기 냉각부에 연통시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 복수기.
