Claims (2)
- 전원입력수단, 상기 전원입력수단에 캐소드단과 애노드단이 각각 병렬로 연결된 제1 및 제2다이오드, 상기 캐소드단이 상기 전원입력수단에 연결된 제1다이오드의 애노드단에 연결되너 과도전압을 충전하기 위한 제1커패시터, 상기 애노드단이 상기 전원입력수단에 연결된 제2다이오드의 캐소드단의 출력단에 병렬 연결되어 과도전압을 충전하기 위한 제2커패시터, 상기 제2다이오드 및 상기 제2커패시터의 출력 전압을 제공받아 설정된 정전압을 내부회로에 공급하는 전압정류 수단을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 과도전압 보호회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1커패시터와 병렬로 저항을 병렬 접속시켜 상기 제2커패시터의 방전 경로를 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 과도전압 보호회로.
