Claims (16)
- 내용물을 수용하기 위한 용기 본체, 상기 용기본체에 나사결합된 노즐, 및 넥홀을 가지며 용기본체를 누를 수 있도록 앞면 및 뒷면의 쌍방을 개방한 이중 쇼울더형 보호 프레임으로 구성되며, 상기 용기 본체의 마우스의 기단부가 상기 이중 쇼울더형 보호 프레임의 넥홀을 통하여 삽입되고, 상기 용기 본체가 노즐과 나사결합되어 일체화된 구조를 이루도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐 부착 토출용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용기 본체를 누를 수 있도록 앞면 및 뒷면의 쌍방을 개방한 이중 쇼울더형 보호 프레임이 용기 본체를 덮기 위한 바닥부재를 가져서 용기가 설수 있는 구졸르 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐 부착 토출용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 노치홈 또는 리브가 용기 본체를 누를 수 있도록 앞면 및 뒷면의 쌍방을 개방한 이중 쇼울더형 보호 프레임의 넥홀 내주면상에 구비되는한편, 상기 노치홈과 맞물린 하나 이상의 리브, 또는 상기 리브와 맞물린 하나 이상의 노치홈이 용기 본체의 마우스 기단부상에 구비되어서 이중 쇼울더형 보호 프레임에 대한 용기 본체의 상대적 회전을 방지하기 위한 구조를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐 부착 토출용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노즐의 하단부 내주상에 형성된 내부 래칫기어에 대응하는 외부 래칫기어를 가진 보스가 용기본체를 누를 수 있도록 앞면 및 뒷면의 쌍방을 개방한 이중 쇼울더형 보호 프레임의 넥홀 외주면상에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐 부착 토출용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노즐의 하단부 외주상에 형성된 외부 래칫기어에 대응하는 내부 래칫기어를 가진 보스가 용기본체를 누를 수 있도록 앞면 및 뒷면의 쌍방을 개방한 이중 쇼울더형 보호 프레임의 넥홀의 외측 내주면상에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐 부착 토출용기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 내부 래칫기어 또는 외부 래칫기어가 형성된 부재 양쪽 또는 어느 한쪽에 주변방향으로 상기 부재를 분할하는 슬릿이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐 부착 토출용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용기본체를 누를 수 있도록 앞면 및 뒷면의 쌍방을 개방한 이중 쇼울더형 보호 프레임은 그 측면이 기둥형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐 부착 토출용기.
- 제7항에 있어서 용기 본체를 누를 수 있도록 앞면 및 뒷면의 쌍방을 개방한 이중 쇼울더형 보호 프레임의 측면을 구성하는 기둥부재는 그 단면이 안쪽으로 갈수록 좁아지는 식으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐 부착 토출용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용기 본체를 누를 수 있도록 앞면 및 뒷면의 쌍방을 개방한 이중 쇼울더형 보호 프레임의 바닥부재는 부재가 하나 이상의 부품으로 조립된 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐 부착 토출용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 설 수 있는 구조를 가지며 용기 본체를 누를 수 있도록 앞면 및 뒷면의 쌍방을 개방한 이중 쇼울더형 보호 프레임의 전체 외형이 정면에서 보았을 때 대략 직사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐 부착 토출용기.
- 제1항에 있어서 용기 본체를 누를 수 있도록 앞면 및 뒷면의 쌍방을 개방한 이중 쇼울더형 보호 프레임의 바닥 부재상에 제공된, 항상 용기 본체를 밀기 위한 기구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐 부착 토출용기.
- 제11항에 있어서, 항상 용기 본체를 밀기 위한 기구는 용기 본체를 누를 수 있도록 앞면 및 뒷면의 쌍방을 개방한 이중 쇼울더형 보호 프레임의 바닥부재에 매설된 수지편의 반발력에 의해 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐 부착 토출용기.
- 제1항에 있어서 용기 본체를 누를 수 있도록 앞면 및 뒷면의 쌍방을 개방한 이중 쇼울더형 보호 프레임의 재료는 경질합성수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐 부착 토출용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용기는 노즐에 나사결합된 캡을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한는 노즐 부착 토출용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원통형 탄성재료 또는 가요성을 가진 튜브는 내용물을 수용하기 위한 용기 본체의 외주부상에 감싸이거나 조립결합되고, 또는 탄성재료가 상기 용기본체내에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐 부착 토출용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내용물을 수용하기 위한 용기 본체는 알루미늄으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐 부착 토출용기.
