Claims (10)
- 전자식 트립(trip)장치의 일면에 접속되도록 설계되어 트립장치의 2시험 입력단자에 전류 혹은 전압을 인가하는 테스트 커넥터에 있어서, 상기 테스트 커넥터는 절연재로 만들어진 고정부품(2)과, 절연재로 만들어지며 상기 고정부품 내측에서 축방향으로 이동 가능한 이동부품(1)과, 상기 고정부품의 외측을 향하여 이동부품(1)을 축방향으로 미는 유연부(6)와, 전류 혹은 전압원에 접속되도록 설계되고 상기 고정부품(2)에 고정되는 식으로 일체화되며, 그 상단부들은 테스트 커넥터의 접속이 풀린 위치에서, 이동부품(1)을 관통하는 길이방향 통로(5) 내측에 수용되는 2개의 시험침(3)을 구비하고, 상기 이동부품(1)은 유연부(6)을 압압하여 이동부품(1)을 고정부품(2)의 내측을 향하여 축방향으로 이동시키기 위하여 접속위치에서, 상기 트립장치면의 보충벽(17)을 지탱하기에 적합한 지주턱부(16)를 구비하며, 상기 시험침들(3)의 상단부는 상기 이동부품의 외측을 향해 돌출하여, 트립장치의 상기 절연면의 2개의 상응하는 구멍(19)을 경유하여, 인쇄 배선(21)에 형성되고 상기 시험 입력들을 구성하는 전도패드(20)와 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테스트 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지주턱부는 상기 이동부품의 상부면(16)에 의해 형성되며, 상기 구멍(19)은 모양이 원추형이고 상기 트립장치면의 상기 보충벽 내에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 테스트 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유연부는 압축스프링(6)임을 특징으로 하는 테스트 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테스트 커넥터는 유연부의 작용에 기인한 고정부품에 대한 상기 이동부품(1)의 축방향 이동을 제한하는 수단을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 테스트 커넥터.
- 제4하에 있어서, 상기 제한되는 수단은 상기 이동부품(1)에 형성되고 하부에 턱부(13)를 갖는 적어도 하나의 길이방향 홈부(12)와 상기 고정 부품(2)에 고착되어 일체화된 보충 정지부(14)를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 테스트 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시험침(3)의 상단부는 피스톤(23)에 고정되는 식으로 일체화된 테이퍼부(25)에 의해 형성되고, 상기 피스톤은 스프링(24)에 의해 피스톤이 위치된 몸체(22)의 상부를 향하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 테스트 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테스트 커넥터는 상기 트립장치의 보충수단과 협력하기 적합한 잠금 수단을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 테스트 커넥터.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 잠금수단은 외장(27)에 고정되는 식으로 부착되고, 절연재로 만들어진 적어도 하나의 잠금후크(32)를 구비하고, 상기 후크와 외장은 상기 고정 및 이동부품에 관해 제한된 화면을 행할 수 있으며, 상기 후크의 부분(37)이, 잠금위치에서, 트립장치면의 보충 잠금턱부(41)에 들어와 잠기는 것을 특징으로 하는 테스트 커넥터.
- 제8항에 있어서, 이동부품(1)은 잠금이 풀린 위치에서 상기 잠금 후크를 수용하는 적어도 하나의 홈(38)을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 테스트 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시험침의 상단부가 관통하기 적합하게 된 상기 트립장치면의 구멍(19)은 상기면의 외부벽(42)으로부터 떨어져 배치된 절연벽(17)에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 테스트 커넥터.
