Claims (3)
- 메인촉매가 설치된 주배기관으로부터 분기되는 분기관과, 상기 분기관에 설치되며 연료통에서 증발된 증발가스를 점화연료로 사용하여 연료를 촉매연소시키는 촉매연소기와, 상기 분기관과 인접되는 주배기관에 설치되며 상기 촉매연소기로부터 열을 전달받아 냉시동시 주 배기관을 통해 배출되는 배기가스의 유해성분을 연소시키는 예비촉매를 포함하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매연소기는, 상기 분기관에 설치되는 촉매와, 상기 연료통에서 발생된 증발가스를 상기 촉매로 공급하고 점화시켜 이때 발생되는 열로 촉매를 가열하는 점 화장치가 부착된 파이롯트 버너와, 상기 연료통의 연료를 상기 가열된 촉매로 분사시켜 촉매연소시키는 연료펌프 및 분사노즐을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화장치 .
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분기관에 공기를 공급하는 송풍기가 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 정화장치.
