본 발명은 1.5t이상의 디젤자동차에서 엔진브레이크 작동시 또는 운행시에 배출된느 배기가스중에 불완전 연소된 가스(매연)를 모아서 다시 완전하게 연소시킨후 배출토록 함으로서 디젤자동차에서 배출되는 매연을 최대한 줄일 수 있도록 한 디젤자동차의 배기가스 매연 연소장치에 관한 것으로서 연결용 프렌지(16)가 형성된 배기가스 유입관(17) 후미에는 1ㆍ2ㆍ3차 배기가스 유도관(10)(11)(12)을 형성하여 실린더(4)(5)(6)에 의해 작동하고 밀폐력이 완벽한 1ㆍ2ㆍ3차 밸브 (1)(2)(3)를 장착하며 이어서 세라믹으로 된 1ㆍ2ㆍ3차 집진실(7)(8)(9)을 연결하고 동 집진실(7)(8)(9)과 연결된 1ㆍ2ㆍ3차 배기가스 배출 유도관(13)(14)(15)을 배기가스 배출관(18)과 연결구성하며 배기가스 유입관(17)의 선단에 형성된 연결용 프렌지(16)는 배기브레이크 밸브(19)와 연결하고 배기가스 배출관(18)은 소음기 (20)와 연결한 것이다.The present invention collects incompletely combusted gas (soot) from exhaust gas emitted during engine brake operation or operation in a diesel vehicle of 1.5 tons or more, and completely burns it again to exhaust the exhaust gas from the diesel vehicle.
