Claims (3)
- (정정) 선대칭으로 설치도니 검출장치 본체(21)에 각각 한 단부를 원추형 접합시킨 제1 및 제2링크(11, 12) 및, 동일 대칭선에 대하여 동일한 선대칭으로 설치된 제1 및 제2링크(11, 12)의 다른 단부에 각각 한 단부를 원추형 접합시킨 제3 및 제4링크(13, 14)를 가지며, 제3 및 제4링크(13, 14)의 다른 단부가 대칭선 또는 상기 대칭선의 양측에 있는 평행한 직선을 따라 이동가능하게 검출장치 본체(21)에 지지되고, 판재(5)가 소로 각을 이루는 내면에 제1 및 제2링크(11, 12)가 접촉되고, 제3 및 제4링크(13, 14)의 다른 단부 위치 도는 변위가 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판재의 절곡각도 검출장치.
- (정정) 검출장치 본체(21)에 한 단부를 원추형 접합시킨 제1링크(12)와, 상기 링크(12)의 다른 단부에 한 단부를 원추형 접합시킨 제2링크(14)를 가지며, 제1링크(12)의 한 단부와 제2링크(14)의 다른 단부를 잇는 안내직선에 따라 제2링크(14)의 다른 단부가 직선이동 가능하게 검출장치 본체(21)에 지지되고, 판재(5)가 서로 각을 이루는 내면에 제1링크 및 안내직선에 대해 평행한 검출장치 본체(21)의 면이 접촉되며, 제2링크(14)의 다른단부 위치 또는 변위가 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판재의 절곡각도 검출장치.
- (정정) 서로 접근 또는 이격가능한 볼록형 다이 및 오목형 다이를 가지며 동시에 오목형 다이의 험 깊이를 조절할 수 있는 프레스 기계에서 판재를 절곡하고, 절곡된 상태에서 프레스 기계에 보유된 판재가 서로 각을 이루는 범위로 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 절곡각도 검출장치를 삽입하여 절곡각도를 측정하는 것으로서, 먼저 절곡각도의 목표치에 대하여 허용한도 밖에 있는 특정한 편차를 갖는 각도에서 절곡을 행하고, 프레스 기계에 이동 가능하게 지지된 절곡각도 검출장치를 판재가 서로 각을 이루는 범위로 삽입하여 절곡각도의 측정을 행하고, 측정된 상기 절곡각도가 정의 편차의 허용 한도 밖에 있는 특정 가동형의 스트로크 또는 오목형 다이 홈 깊이를 보정하고, 또한 절곡을 행하고, 정의 편차의 허용 한도 내의 절곡각도가 얻어질 때까지 절곡 각도의 측정, 스트로크 또는 홈깊이의 보정 및 벌곡을 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판재의 절곡각도 검출장치를 사용한 프레스 기계의 운전방법.
