Description
Claims (12)
- (a) 고정금형과, (b) 이 고정금형과 접리가 자유롭게 배설되며, 양자 사이에 캐비티를 형성하는 가동금형과, (c) 이 가동금형을 관통하여 연장되고, 선단을 캐비티에 면하도록 한 가압핀과, (d) 상기 가압핀이 후방에 배설되며, 가압용로드를 통하여 가압핀을 이동시키는 가압용실린더와, (e) 상기 가동금형을 관통하여 연장되고, 선단을 캐비티에 면하도록 한 이젝터핀과, (f) 상기 이젝터핀의 후방에 배설되며, 이젝터용로드를 통하여 이젝터핀을 이동시키는 이젝터용실린더와를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 국부가압식 사출성형기.
- (a) 고정금형과, (b) 이 고정금형과 접리가 자유롭게 배설되며, 양자 사이에 캐비티를 형성하는 가동금형과, (c) 이 가동금형을 관통하여 연장되고, 선단을 수지유로에 면하도록 한 가압핀과, (d) 상기 가압핀의 후방에 배설되며, 가압용로드를 통하여 가압핀을 이동시키는 가압용실린더와, (e)상기 가동금형을 관통하여 연장되고, 선단을 캐비티에 면하도록 한 이젝터핀과, (f) 상기 이젝터핀의 후방에 배설되며, 이젝터용로드를 통하여 이젝터핀을 이동시키는 이젝터용실린더와를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 국부가압식 사출성형기.
- (a) 고정금형과, (b) 이 고정금형과 접리가 자유롭게 배설되며, 양자 사이에 캐비티를 형성하는 가동금형과, (c) 이 가동금형을 관통하여 연장되고, 선단을 수지유로와 캐비티에 면하도록 한 가압핀과, (d) 상기 가압핀의 후방에 배설되며, 가압용로드를 통하여 가압핀을 이동시키는 가압용실린더와, (e)상기 가동금형을 관통하여 연장되고, 선단을 캐비티에 면하도록 한 이젝터핀과, (f) 상기 이젝터핀의 후방에 배설되며, 이제터용로드를 통하여 이젝터핀을 이동시키는 이젝터용실린더와를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 국부가압시 사출성형기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가압용로드와 이젝터용로드를 동축상에 배설 한 국부가압식 사출성형기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가압용로드는 복수개 배설되며, 각 가압용로드는 가압용크로스헤드에 의해 동기키시도록 된 국부가압식 사출성형기.
- 제3항에 있어서. (a) 상기 가동금형을 취부하기 위한 가동정반과, (b) 이 가동정반의 금형 취부면에 배설된 판과를 가짐과 동시에, (c) 상기 가압용실린더는, 상기 판내에 배설되는 국부가압식 사출성형기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 이젝터용로드와 가압용로드와는 다른 축상에 배설되는 국부가압식 사출성형기.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a) 상기 가동금형을 취부하기 위한 가동정반을 가짐과 동시에, (b) 상기 가압용실린더는 상기 가동정반에 취부되는 국부가압식 사출성형기.
- 제2항에 있어서, (a) 상기 가동금형을 취부하기 위한 가동정반을 가짐과 동시에, (b) 상기 가압용실린더는 상기 가동정반에 취부되는 국부가압식 사출성형기.
- 제3항에 있어서, (a) 상기 가동금형을 취부하기 위한 가동정반을 가짐과 동시에, (b) 상기 가압용실린더는 상기 가동정반에 취부되는 국부가압식 사출성형기.
- 제3항에 있어서, (a) 상기 가동금형을 취부하기 위한 가동정반을 가짐과 동시에, (b) 상기 가압용로드는 상기 가동정반의 외측에 배설되는 국부가압식 사출성형기.
- 제11항에 있어서. 상기 가동정반의 주연에 상기 가압용실린더가 배설되는 국부가압식 사출성형기.
