Claims (2)
- 입력되는 펄스 신호를 마이크로 웨이브 튜브를 구동시키기 위한 고전압 펄스신호로 변환하여 마이크로 웨이브 튜브의 그리드 전극에 인가하는 변조기(10)와, 상기 변조기(10)에 인가되는 펄스신호를 병렬로 연결하여 입력하고, 이 입력되는 펄스신호와 동기를 이루어 공진형 인버터의 대전력 스위칭 회로의 동작/비동작 제어신호를 출력하는 동조기(20)와, 상기 동조기(20)의 스위칭 제어신호에 따라 고전력 스위칭을 수행하는 공진형 인버터(30)와, 상기 공진형 인버터(30)의 출력이 1차측 권선에 인가되어 2차측 권선에 고전압을 유기하는 고압 트랜스포머(40)와, 상기 고압 트랜스포머(40)의 2차측 전압을 정류하여 용량기로 평활시켜 마이크로 웨이브 튜브(60)에서 필요로 하는 고전압 직류전압을 발생하는 정류 및 평활부(50)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 펄스 레이다용 송신기의 위상잡음 저감장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동조기(20)는 모노-스테이블 멀티브레이터 기능을 가진 IC를 이용하여 구현함을 특징으로 하는 펄스 레이다용 송신기의 위상잡음 저감장치.
