- 통기성 있는 표포(表布)와, 이 표포의 일표면에 결합한 라텍스 폼박층으로 이루어지는 표피재(表皮材)로서, 상기 라텍스폼박층은 내부에 서로 연통되어 있는 무수의 메카니컬 오픈셀을 가지는 동시에, 표포와 결합하고 있는 면의 반대면에 극히 얇은 스킨이 형성되어 있고, 이 스킨은 상기 오픈셀과 통하는, 그것보다 더욱 미소한 구멍을 가지고 있으며, 그럼에도 불구하고 이 스킨표면은 실질적으로 평활하여, 발포혼합물을 평활하게 도입할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체발포제품용의 표피재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 라텍스폼은 그 자체로 표포를 구성하고 있는 섬유를 에워싸도록 기계적으로 결합하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표피재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 라텍스폼박층의 오픈셀은 20,000~70,000개/㎠ 의 범위내의 밀도로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하느 표피재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 라텍스폼박층의 스킨에 가까운 영역의 셀의 크기는 2μ~10μ 정도이고, 그 보다 내부의 셀의 크기는 10μ~30μ 정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 표피재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표포는 면 또는 양모의 천연섬유, 또는 각종의 합성섬유, 또는 이들의 혼직 또는 혼방사제(混紡絲製)의 직포(織布), 편포(編布) 또는 부직포(不織布)로 이루어지는 군에서 선정된 통기성 있는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 표피재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 라텍스폼박층은 스티렌·부타디엔러버, 아크릴로니트릴·부타디엔러버, 천연고무, 실리콘고무, 메틸렌·부타디엔러버의 천연고무, 합성고무 및 그들의 변성체, 공중합체로 이루어지는 고무계 라텍스, 및 아크릴, 우레탄, 염화비닐, 아세트산비닐, 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리스티렌, 폴리에틸렌의 합성수지 또는 천연수지, 및 그들의 변성체 알로이, 공중합체로 이루어지는 수지계 라텍스로 이루어지는 군에서 선정된 고분자 라텍스재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표피제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 라텍스는 아크릴코폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 표피제.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 라텍스폼박층의 두께는 0.1~3.0mm의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표피재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표포가 폴리에스테르편포이고, 상기 라텍스폼박층이 우레탄계이며, 상기 오픈셀의 개수는 30,000~60,000개/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는 표피재.
- 라텍스백코팅을 가진 표피제를 형성하기 위한 방법으로서, a) 통기성을 가진 표포를 면 또는 양모의 천연섬유, 또는 합성섬유, 또는 이들의 혼직 또는 혼방사제의 직포, 편포 또는 부직포로 이루어지는 군에서 선정하여 준비하고, b) 이 표포의 일표면에 스티렌·부타디엔러버, 아크릴로니트릴·부타디엔러버, 천연고무, 실리콘고무, 메틸렌·부타디엔러버의 천연고무, 합성고무 및 그들의 변성체, 공중합체로 이루어지는 고무계 라텍스, 그리고 아크릴, 우레탄, 염화비닐, 아세트산비닐, 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리스티렌, 폴리에틸렌의 합성수지 또는 천연수지, 및 그들의 변성체 알로이, 공중합체로 이루어지는 수지계 라텍스로 이루어지는 군에서 선정된 고분자 라텍스재료를 충분한 교반공정을 거치고나서 발포경화후에 0.1~3.0mm 두께로 되는 범위내의 균일한 두께의 코팅으로 하여 온도 20~40℃에서 균일하게 적용하고, c) 상기 라텍스코팅을 80~120℃에서 3~5분간 예비건조한 후, 150℃에서 2~3분간 경화시킴으로써, 표면에 극히 얇은 통기성의 스킨을 생성시키는 동시에, 내부에 통기성 표포에 통하는 메카니컬 오픈셀을 생성한 라텍스폼박층을 표포의 상기 일표면에 기계적으로 결합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 표피재의 형성방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 라텍스의 적용은 나이프코팅에 의해 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표피재의 형성방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 라텍스의 적용은 롤코팅에 의해 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표피재의 형성방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 교반은 라텍스를 20~40℃의 범위의 온도로 유지하면서 3~15분간의 범위에서 행하고, 밀도가 작고, 셀수가 많은 라텍스폼을 생성시키도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표피재의 형성방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 예비건조 후, 경화공정에 앞서, 라텍스가 적용되어 있는 표포전체를 크러싱하고, 통기성을 촉진시키는 동시에 콘트롤시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 표피재의 형성방법.
- 표포(10)의 내면에 직접 적용된 라텍스폼박층(15)과, 그 내표면에 직접 주입되어 발포경화된 본체폼(25)으로 이루어지는 일체발포제품으로서, 상기 라텍스폼박층(15)은 표포에 가까운 영역에서 표포 내면의 섬유를 에워싸도록 기계적으로 결합하여 결합영역(17)을 형성하고, 박층의 내부에서는 메카니컬오픈셀(18)이 다수 형성되어 통기성을 확보하고, 이 오픈셀(18)의 영역은 외측으로 향해 보다 치밀한 셀(20)의 층을 거쳐 외측에 극히 얇은 통기성 스킨(22)이 형성되어 있으며, 통기성 스킨(22)은 미소공(21)이 다수 형성되어 있지만, 본체폼 원액(25)에 대해 실질적으로 평활표면을 나타내고, 그 침입을 실질적으로 저지하는 동시에 본체폼(25)과의 강한 결합을 가져오고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체발포제품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 표포가 폴리에스테르계 편포이고, 라텍스가 우레탄계이고, 박층의 두께가 2.0mm이고, 오픈셀의 수가 30,000~60,000개/㎠이고, 본체폼이 폴리우레탄폼인 것을 특징으로 하는 일체발포제품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제품은 시트콤퍼넌트인 것을 특징으로 하는 일체발포제품.
- 얇은 두께로 형성된 표피재가 내면에 라텍스폼박층이 적용되어 있고, 이 얇은 두께의 중공부내에 직접 본체폼이 주입되어 발포경화되어 이루어지는 선바이저.
