Claims (9)
- 골재(aggregate) 및 물을 첨가하여 콘크리트 제품을 제조하기 위한 조성물로서, 적어도 하나 이상의 시멘트; 및, 상기 시멘트에 대하여 곡식 잔류물로부터 얻어지는 약 5 내지 약 30중량%의 규산질 회분; 으로 필수적으로 구성되고, 상기 회분은 약 60 내지 약 95중량%의 실리카를 포함하고, 상기 실리카중 적어도 90% 이상이 무정형이며, 적어도 약 75% 이상의 회분 입자의 크기는 약 4 내지 약 75 마이크로미터 범위 내에 있고, 레이저-광 산란에 의해 측정된 상기 회분 입자의 평균 입자 직경은 적어도 6 마이크로미터 이상이고, B.E.T. 표면적은 적어도 20m2/g 이상이고, 상기 조성물에 물과 골재를 첨가하여 생성되는 콘크리트 제품의 28일 압축강도는 적어도 2500psi 이상이고, AASHTO T-277에 따라 측정된 염화물 투수성은 약 2000쿨롱 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 건비빔(dry mix) 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회분 입자의 평균 입자 직경이 약 8 내지 약 38 마이크로미터인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 곡식 잔류물이 벼의 껄질(rice hull)인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시멘트가 포틀랜드 시멘트 및 블렌드된 포틀랜드 시멘트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 시멘트가 타입 I 포틀랜드 시멘트인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 시멘트가 타입 IP 및 타입 I(PM)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 블렌드된 포틀랜드 시멘트인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 시멘트가 포틀랜드-포졸란 시멘트에 대하여 약 5 내지 25 중량%의 포졸란을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회분 입자의 평균 입자 직경이 약 8 내지 약 15 마이크로미터인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 시멘트에 대하여 곡식 잔류물로부터 얻어지는 약 10 내지 30 중량%의 규산질 회분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
