Claims (3)
- 컴퓨터 시스템에 연결되는 산업로봇을 제어하기 위한 계층적 소프트웨어에 의해 작동되는 컴퓨터 시스템에 있어서, 상기 산업로봇은 복수의 서브시스템을 포함하고, 상기 컴퓨터 시스템은, 상기 계층적 소프트웨어의 소프트웨어 모듈이 실행되어지는 순서를 포함하는 명령데이터를 입력하기 위한 입력수단과; 선행 결정된 시간 주기 동안 실행되는 상기 모듈중의 하나는 상기 컴퓨터 시스템에 의해 최소 단위로서 취급되고; 상기 명령 데이터에 근거하여 상기 소프트웨어를 실행하기 위한 실행수단과; 상기 컴퓨터 시스템의 각 개별 부분과 산업로봇 서브시스템에서의 이상을 검출하고, 모니터링하는 모니터 수단과; 상기 모니터 수단에 의해 이상이 검출될 때 상기 실행수단에 의해 현재 실행되는 소프트웨어 모듈중의 하나를 디스플레이 사에 표시하고, 상기 실행 수단에 의해 실행되는 소프트웨어 모듈중의 하나를 관리하는 관리수단을 포함하며; 상기 관리수단은 메모리를 포함하고, 상기 실행수단에 의해 소프트웨어 모듈이 실행될 때마다 현재 실행되는 소프트웨어 모듈의 정보내용이 메모리 내에 기록되는 방법으로 메모리 내에 데이터를 저장하고, 상기 모니터 수단에 의해 이상이 검출될 때마다, 상기 메모리의 저장내용은 동결되고, 상기 메모리의 동결내용이 상기 디스플레이상에 표시되며, 상기 관리수단은 현재 실행되는 소프트웨어 모듈의 바로 직전에 실행수단에 의해 실행된 소프트웨어 모듈의 정보내용을 상기 메모리 내에 기록하고, 모니터 수단에 의해 이상이 검출될 때 상기 바로 직전의 소프트웨어 모듈의 정보내용을 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실행수단은 복수의 서브 실행수단을 포함하고, 상기 관리수단은 상기 서브 실행수단 각각에 의해 현재 실행되는 소프트웨어 모듈을 지시하는 정보를 저장하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 시스템.
- 계층적으로 분류되는 소프트웨어에 의해 작동되는 산업로봇 컴퓨터 시스템에 있어서, 미리 정해진 시간 동안 실행되는 계층적 소프트웨어의 모듈이 상기 컴퓨터 시스템에 의해 최소 단위로 관리되며; 상기 컴퓨터 시스템은 입력 명령을 수신하고, 위치 정보를 출력하는 인간-기계 서브시스템과, 위치 정보를 수신하고, 좌표 신호명령을 출력하는 궤도 서브시스템과, 좌표 신호명령을 수신하고, 로봇을 작동시키기 위한 구동신호를 출력하는 서보 서브시스템을 포함하고, 상기 각각의 서브시스템은 로봇을 작동시키기 위한 계층적 소프트웨어내의 모듈을 실행하고, 상기 인간-기계 서브섹션은 실행되는 모듈의 소프트웨어와 모듈을 식별하는 정보를 저장하기 위한 메모리를 포함하고, 제어섹션은 실행되는 모듈의 소프트웨어와 모듈을 식별하는 정보를 표시하기 위한 디스플레이를 포함하고, 실행되는 소프트웨어의 모듈을 식별하는 정보를 디스플레이 상에 지시하고, 실행되는 소프트웨어의 모듈의 소프트웨어를 인간-기계 서브시스템 메모리 내에 동결하기 위하여 임의의 상기 서브시스템이나 컴퓨터 시스템의 작동에서의 이상의 검출에 반응하는 수단과; 오류 진단을 용이하게 하기 위해 상기 메모리 내에 저장된 모듈의 소프트웨어가 상기 디스플레이 상에 표시되도록 하기 위한 수단을 포함하며; 또한, 상기 디스플레이는 현재 실행되는 모듈의 바로 직전에 우선하는 모듈을 식별하는 정보를 표시하고, 상기 메모리는 현재 실행되는 모듈에 우선하는 모듈의 소프트웨어를 저장하고, 컴퓨터 시스템이나 임의의 상기 서브시스템 내에서의 이상의 검출에 따라 우선하는 모듈이 메모리 내에 동결되고, 또한, 오류진단을 용이하게 하기 위해 디스플레이 상에 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 시스템.
