Claims (8)
- 실린더 내에 설치된 피스톤의 왕복 작동에 의하여 압송할 유체를 입구측 밸브(8)를 통하여 입구 통로(6)으로부터 밸브 챔버(1) 채로 흡인하여 출구측 밸브(9)를 통하여 출구측 통로(7)로 압출하게 된 유체 압송장치에 있어서, 실린더(21)와 밸브 챔버(1) 사이에 압력작용실(5a)을 형성하여 압력작용실 내에 탄성막(23, 26)을 설치하며, 탄성막으로 분할된 실린더측 A 내부에 피스톤의 작동을 전달하는 플런저(3)를 설치하고 압력 작용실과 밸브 챔버사이에 형성된 통로(17)에 일정한 크기 이상의 고형물을 통과시키지 아니하는 통로(20)가 형성된 선별기(19, 27, 29)를 설치하여서된 유체 압송장치.
- 제1항에서, 압력작용실(5a)의 밸브 챔버 측 B에 압송할 유체(14)와 다른 비중을 갖는 액체(28)가 수용되고, 밸브챔버의 통로(17)와 선별기(27, 29)의 통로(20)는 전술한 액체와 압송할 유체간의 비중 차게 의하여 전술한 액체(28)가 밸브 챔버 내로 유입되지 못하도록 높이가 다른 위치에 설치되었음을 특징으로 하는 유체 압송장치.
- 제2항에서, 이장치가 예비용 액체(28)를 수용하는 저장실(30)을 갖고 있고 저장실(30)은 통로(31)에 의하여 통로(17)에 연결되었음을 특징으로 하는 유체 압송장치.
- 제2항에서, 전기한 액체(28)와 압송할 유체(14)의 경계면에 전술한 액체(28) 및 유체(14)와 혼합되지 아니하는 제2액체(32)가 수용되었으며, 이 제2액체(32)는 전술한 액체(28)와 유체(14)의 상대적인 수위 변동에 따라 이동하게 되었음을 특징으로 하는 유체 압송장치.
- 제1항에서, 압력 작용실(5a)의 실린더 측 A에 피스톤의 작동을 전달하는 작용 매체(25)가 수용되었음을 특징으로 하는 유체 압송장치.
- 제1항에서, 플런저(3)가 압력작용실(5a) 내로 돌출되게 설치되고, 탄성막(26)은 플런저(3)의 외주면에 접촉하도록 씨워져 있음을 특징으로 하는 유체 압송장치.
- 제1항에서, 밸브 챔버의 입구측 통로(6)에 설치된 밸브(8)가 일정한 크기를 초과하는 유체중의 고형물의 유입을 억제하도록 되었음을 특징으로 하는 유체 압송장치.
- 제2항에서, 통로(17)와 통로(20)가 수직으로 형성된 요홈(18)에 의하여 연결되고 액체(28)과 유체(14)의 경계면은 요홈(18) 내에 위치함을 특징으로 하는 유체 압송장치.
