Description
Claims (15)
- 출구스토퍼를 가진 자립성포장체의 제조방법에 있어서,(a) 내용물의 충전을 위한 개구부를 맨위에 가진 자립성포대를 공급해서 수직으로 유지하는 공정,(b) 이 자립성포대의 개구부를 개구하는 공정,(c) 이 자립성포대에 내용물을 충전하는 공정,(d) 주형플랜지의 위에 스토퍼부출구를 가진 출구스토퍼를 개구부에 공급하는 공정,(e) 출국스토퍼본체의 주형플랜지의 측면을 자립성포대의 개구부 내면에 용착하는 공정을 가지고, 또한 각 공정의 순서가(a), (b), (c), (d), (e)이고 상기 공정(e)에 있어서, 출구스토퍼의 시일면에 직교하는 축선상에 초음파주파수하에 있어서의 기계적 진동을 하는 초음파작동기를 설치하고; 앤빌 또는 다른 초음파작동기를 출구스토퍼의 반대쪽위치에 설치하고 또한 초음파작동기가 출구스토퍼의 반대쪽에서 앤빌 또는 다른 초음파작동기에 면하돌고 출구스토퍼의 시일면에 직교하는 축선상에 설치하며; 한쪽의 초음파작동기와 반대쪽의 앤빌 또는 다른 초음파작동기가 출구스토퍼의 시일면에 대해서 직교하는 축선상을 상호 동기하면서 개폐구동하고; 출구스토퍼의 개구부의 주형플랜지의 측면을 자립성포대의 개구부의 내측면에 용착하는 출구스토퍼부 자립성포장체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내용물의 충전을 위한 개구부를 맨위에 가진 자립성포대가 긴포장재료원단으로부터 연속적으로 제조되는 공정이 상기 (a) 공정전에 행해지는 출구스토퍼부자립성포장체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 자립성포대가 포대동체부를 형성하는 사이드시일선을 가지며, 시이드시일선 이 자립했을 때의 자립성포대의 높이의 중간부에 잘룩부를 가지며, 시일드시일선으로부터 안쪽에 포대폭의 10∼35%떨어진 위치의 동체구성부에 안쪽을 향해서 볼록형상의 거의 원호형상곡선부를 가진 한쌍의 선형상홈 및 선형상리브를 형성함으로써, 상부까지 자립성이 있는 것인 출구스토퍼부자립성포장체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대향하는 초음파작동기 각각의 공진주파수가 다른 값인 출구스토퍼부자립성포장체의 제조방법.
- 제I항에 있어서, 대향하는 초음파작동기를 진동자전환기능을 가진 전환용 초음파발진기에 의해 차례로 전환조작을 행하게 함으로써, 1대의 초음파발진기로 대향하는 초음파작동기를 구동시키는 출구스토퍼부자립성포장체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용착하기 위한 양면이, 초음파진동 또는 고주파에 의해, 온도제어된 열봉을 사용해서 하나 또는 두 방향으로부터 출구스토퍼의 주형플랜지를 향해서 자립성포대의 개구부의 바깥쪽을 가볍게 압접시킴으로써 스폿용착하는 가시일공정이 상기공정(d)의 후 및 상기 공정(e)의 전에 행해지는 출구스토퍼부자립성포장체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초음파발진제어방식이 시간제어, 이동량체어 혹은 에너지제어, 또는 이들의 조합에 의한 제어방식인 출구스토퍼부자립성포장체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출구스토퍼본체의 주형플랜지 양면의 각각에 폭 0.2∼0.8mm, 높이 0.05∼0.4mm의 용착리브를 1조 내지 복수조형성하고, 주형플랜지의 두면 사이의 공간부내에 보강리브를 복수개 형성해서, 보강리브와 주형플랜지와의 접속재소 및/또는 주형플랜지접합부에 아르형상 또는 테이퍼형상의 육성부를 형성한 출구스토퍼부자립성 포장체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초음파작동기의 혼의 작업단형상 및/또는 앤빌의 받침부형상이 , 주형플랜지의 용착베이스의 산형형상부의 반경치수에 자립성포대두께의 0.6∼1.4배의 두께에 상당하는 치수를 부가한 반경치수를 가진 혼산형형상부 및/또는 앤빌산형형상부이며, 주형플랜지의 용착베이스의 곡형형상부의 반경치수로부터 자립성포대의 두께의0.6∼1.4배의 두께에 상당하는 치수를 감한 반경치수를 가진 혼곡형형상부 및/또는 앤빌곡형형상부인 출구스토퍼부자립성포장체의 제조방법,
- 제1항에 있어서. 공정(e)가 행해진 후에 공정(e)에서 얻어진 자립성포대를 히트시일하는 공정이 행해지는 출구스토퍼부자립성포장체의 제조방법
- 출구스토퍼부자립성포장체를 제조하는 장치에 있어서, (a) 내용물의 충전을 위한 개구부를 맨위에 가진 자립성포대를 공급해서 수직으로 유지하는 기구.(b) 이 자립성포대의 개구부를 개구하는 기구,(c) 이 자립성포대에 내용물을 충전하는 기구,(d) 주형플랜지의 위에 스토퍼부출구를 가진 출구스토퍼를 개구부에 공급하는 기구,(e) 출구스토퍼본체의 주형플랜지의 측면을 자립성포대의 개구부내면에 용착하는 기구를 가지며, 또한 각 기구를 (a), (b), (c), (d), (e)의 순서로 조합해서 이루어진 출구스토퍼부자립성포장체의 제조장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기구(e)에 있어서, 출구스토퍼의 시일면에 직교하는 축선상에 초음파주파수하에 있어서의 기계적 진동을 하는 초음파작동기를 설치하고, 앤빌 또는 다른 초음파작동기를 출구스토퍼의 반대쪽위치에 설치하고 또한 초음파작동기가 출구스토퍼의 반대쪽에서 앤빌 또는 다른 초음파작동기에 면하도록 출구스토퍼의 시일면에 직교하는 축선상에 설치하며, 한쪽의 초음파작동기와 반대쪽의 앤빌 또는 다른 초음파작동기가 출구스토퍼의 시일면에 대해서 직교하는 축선상을 상호 동기하면서 개폐구동하는 구조를 가진 출구스토퍼부자립성포장체의 제조장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 대향시킨 초음파작동기 각각의 공진주파수를 다른 값으로 설정한 출구스토퍼부자립성포장체의 제조장치 .
- 제12항에 있어서, 대향시킨 초음파작동기를 진동자전환기능을 가진 교환형 초음파발진기에 의해 차례로 전환조작을 행하게 함으로써, 1대의 초음파발진기로 대향하는 초음파작동기를 구동시키는 구성으로 이루어진 출구스토퍼부자립성포장체의 제조장치.
- 제12항에 내지 제14항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기구(e)후에 기구(e)에 의해 얻어진 자립성포장체를 히트시일하는 기구를 포함하는 출구스토퍼부자립성포장체의 제조장치.
