Claims (4)
- 상기 소각로(10)는 둘 또는 그 이상으로 버너(11)가 설치되어 있는 소각로(10); 상기 소각로(10)의 버너(11)와 인접된 부분에 형성된 배출포트로부터 순환팬(51)의 도움으로 다시 소각로(10)로 들어가 열전달수단과 결합되어 있고 외부로 연장되어 상기 버너(11)에 연결되는 연소공기순환관(50); 상기 연소공기순환관(50)과 열전달수단으로 결합되며 차량의 도색을 건조시키는 오븐에 유입구를 형성하고 소각로(10)로 연결되는 오븐 유해가스 유입관(40); 상기 오븐 유해가스 유입관(40)으로부터 유입된 유해가스를 소각로(10)에서 유해물질이 소각되어 정화된 가스를 배출하며 소각로(10)의 한쪽에 배출포트를 댐퍼(31a)와 함께 형성하고 배출팬(33)을 가지고 외부와 통하도도록 되어 있는 정화가스배출관(30); 그리고 상기 정화가스배출관(30)고 열전달수단으로 결합되어 있고, 외부로부터 필터(84)가 형성된 관이 연장되어 흡기팬(81)이 형성되고 다시 물가온관(83)과 난방관(82)로 각각 분기되는 배기열이용관(80)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 소각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 열전달수단은, 세라믹베드(20,60,70)로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 소각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 오븐 유해가스 유입관(40)은 소각로(10)로 연결되는 중간에 버너의 산소공급원으로서의 신선외기 유입관(42)과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 소각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정화가스배출관(30)은 소각로(10)의 양측으로부터 작은관으로 형성된 잔류가스 배출용 분기관(32)과 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 소각장치.
