Claims (6)
- (A) 고충격 폴리스티렌수지와 (B) 5내지 80중량% (총 조성물 기준으로)의 섬유성 보강제로 혼합되어 형성되며, 여기에서 상기 섬유성 보강재 (B)가 실질적으로 펠릿과 같은 길이이고, 실질적으로 펠릿의 세로 방향에 평행하게 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적어도 3㎜ 길이의 장섬유 보강된 고충격 폴리스티렌수지 펠릿.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고충격 폴리스티렌수지 (A)의 분산상을 구성하는 고무 조성성분이 1 내지 50㎛의 수평균 입경을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 장섬유 보강된 고충격 폴리스티렌수지 펠릿.
- 제1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 고충격 폴리스티렌수지(A)가 그것의 분산상을 구성하는 고무조성성분 1 내지 50 부피%를 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 장섬유 보강된 고충격 폴리스티렌수지 펠릿.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고충격 폴리스티렌수지 (A)가 그것의 분산상을 구성하는 고무조성성분 5 내지 30부피%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장섬유 보강된 고충격 폴리스티렌수지 펠릿.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 3 내지 100㎜ 길이의 펠릿형인 것을 특징으로 하는 장섬유 보강된 고충격 폴리스티렌수지 펠릿.
- 제1항의 장섬유 보강된 고충격 폴리스티렌수지 펠릿을 성형에 의해 제조한 성형품에 있어서, 상기 섬유성 보강재 (B)가 적어도 1㎜ 중량 평균 섬유길이로 분산되는 것을 하는 성형품.
