Claims (7)
- 전류가 외부로 공급되고 그리고 측정되어야 할 공기류로 내에 위치한 열선과, 상기 열선을 통하여 흐르는 전류의 값을 검출하는 수단과, 역전 입력터미널(-)과 상기 전류 검출 수단에 의해 검출된 값이 인가되는 비역전 입력 터미널(+)과 공기류의 함수 출력이 인가되는 출력 터미널을 포함하는 증폭수단과, 상기 증폭수단의 상기 비역전 입력터미널을 제외한 어느 터미널에 귀환출력을 공급하고 상기 증폭 수단의 출력에 따라 상기 열선의 온도를 일정하게 유지하도록 상기 증폭수단의 출력을 제어하는 귀환수단과, 그리고 상기 귀환수단에 포함된 상기 증폭수단의 출력위상을 보상하는 수단을 포함하는 열선식 공기유량계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 귀환수단은 측정할 공기의 온도보상에 사용되는 열저항기를 포함하고 상기 공기류로에 위치하는 온도보상회로와, 상기 온도보상회로와 연결되어 상기 열선의 단상에서 전압을 검출하는 전압분할회로를 포함하는 열선식 공기유량계.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 위상 보상수단은 상기 증폭수단의 출력터미널에 접속되는 열선식 공기유량계.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 위상 보상수단은 상기 온도 보상회로에 접속되는 열선식 공기유량계.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전압 분할 회로의 1단은 상기 증폭 수단의 역전 입력 터미널에 접속되는 열선식 공기유량계.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전압 분할 회로의 1단은 상기 증폭기 수단의 출력 터미널에 접속되는 열선식 공기유량계.
- 제2항에 있어서, 버퍼 수단은 상기 귀환 수단과 상기 전압 분할 회로 사이에 제공되는 열선식 공기유량계.
