Claims (8)
- 불완전연소의 생성물로서 유기 할로겐 화합물을 함유하는 배기가스를 산화조건하에서 150°내지 500℃의 온도에서, 하기의 조성물을 포함하고 그 이외의 나머지 부분은 충전재로 이루어지며, 기공부피 100 내지 400㎣/q, 평균 기공반경 50 내지 200Å 및 BET 표면적 20 내지 100㎡/g인 촉매로 처리하여서 되는 유기 할로겐 화합물의 방출을 감소시키는 방법.TiO270 내지 80 중량%WO32 내지 10 중량%V2O50.5 내지 3 중량%MoO3최대 4중량%
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스는 300°내지 500℃의 온도 범위에서 처리하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스의 공간속도가 5,000m/h 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법,
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스는 4m/h 미만의 면적속도로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 상기 배기가스를 처음에 산화조건하에서 촉매에 통과시키고, 이어서 이 배기가스를 한편으로 암모니아를 공급하면서, 촉매에 통과시켜 질소산화물을 제거하는 질소산화물 분해방법과 함께 실시하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 상기 배기가스를 처음에 한편으로 암모니아를 공급하면서 상기 촉매에 통과시켜서 질소산화물을 제거시키고, 이어서 상기 배기가스를 산화조건하에서 500ppm 이하의 암모니아 농도에서 상기 촉매에 통과시켜서 유기 할로겐 화합물을 제거하는 질소산화물제거 방법과 함께 실시하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 암모니아 농도가 10ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 폴리할로겐화 디벤조디옥신과, 디벤조푸란, 클로로벤젠, 클로로페놀 및 폴리염소화 비페닐의 방출을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
