Claims (5)
- 영상신호를 신호전하로 변환시키는 입력부; 변환된 신호전하를 각 화소로 전송하는 수평 및 수직으로 배열된 CCD; 및 상기 CCDDP 의해 전송된 신호전하의 양에 비례하는 시간동안 스크린의 특정부위에 빛을 반사시키는 화소를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 영상표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화소는 CCD에 의해 전송된 신호전하를 저장하는 커패시터와, 상기 커패시터에 저장된 신호전하의 향에 의해 반사각도가 결정되도록 구성된 반사판과, 상기 반사판을 지지하며, 상기 반사판의 최대 경사각도를 결정하는 지지대 및 상기 커패시터에 저장된 신호전하를 시간에 따라 감소시티는 전하 리세트를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 영상표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반사판은 폴리실리콘으로 구성된 평판상에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 영상표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전하 리세트는 저항과 이에 연결된 전원으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 영상표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전하 리세트는 모스 트랜지스터를 통해 전원에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 영상표시 장치.
