Description
Claims (6)
- 가압된 연료유입을 위한 연료 유입 홀을 설치한 선단부를 구비한 노즐 바디와; 그리고 연료 유입 홀에서 회전할수 있도록 상기 노즐 바디의 선단부에 배치되고 다수의 연료 유도홀을 구비한 회전 밸브를 포함하고, 상기 노즐 바디는 미리 결정된 간격 및 축방향으로 다른 원주상의 레벨에서 연료 유입 홀의 주변벽에 원주상 배열된 다수의 연료 홀을 구비하며, 각각의 원주 레벨에서 연료 홀은 직경을 달리 설정하며, 연료 홀은 각각의 원주 레벨에서 연료 홀에 일치하고, 그리고 상기 회전 밸브의 연료 유도 홀 및 노즐 바디의 분사 홀은 회전 밸브의 회전부 각각, 즉 하나 또는 하나 이상의 원주 레벨에서 연료 유도 홀이 하나 또는 하나 이상의 대응하는 원주 레벨에서 연료 유도 홀과 연결되는 관계로 그리고 다른 원주 레벨에서 연료 유도 홀은 어떤 분사 홀과 연결되지 않는 관계로 배열되는 것을 특징으로하는 가변 분사 홀형태의 연료 분사 노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연료 유입 홀은 하부 홀중 하나이고, 상기 노즐은 연료 유입 홀의 하부를 향하여 회전 밸브에 압력을 가하기 위하여 상기 회전 밸브의 상부에 놓인 리턴 스프링을 추가로 포함하며, 상기 연료 유도 홀은 상기 회전 밸브가 연료 유입 홀로부터의 연료압을 수용하여 들어올려질때에만 대응하는 분사 홀과 각각 연결하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 분사 홀형태의 연료 분사 노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노즐 바디의 내측에 고정된 니들 밸브와; 그리고 상기 니들 밸브에서 니들 밸브와 함께 수직으로 움직일 수 있는 영역 밀봉부를 가지는 회전 밸브 구동 유니트를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 분사 홀형태의 연료 분사 노즐.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 노즐 바디의 내측에 고정된 니들 밸브와; 그리고 상기 니들 밸브에서 니들 밸브와 함께 수직으로 움직일 수 있는 영역 밀봉부를 가지는 회전 밸브 구동 유니트를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 분사 홀형태의 연료 분사 노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정해진 흡입 또는 배기 행정과 동시에 엔진에 의하여 작동하는 상기 회전 밸브를 작동시키기 위한 액츄에이터를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 가변 분사 홀형태의 연료 분사 노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연료 유도 홀의 선단부는 개방부를 가지며 상기 개방부에 회전 밸브가 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 분사 홀형태의 연료 분사 노즐.
