Claims (6)
- 산화우라늄으로부터 사염화우라늄을 제조하기 위한 목적으로 산화우라늄을 이산화우라늄으로 전환하여 400℃∼600℃의 온도범위를 유지하고 있는 반응기에 이산화우라늄과 탄소분말의 혼합물을 넣고 염소가스를 통과시켜 사염화우라늄을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화우라늄으로부터 사염화우라늄을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응기 내부의 염소가스분압을 1기압 이하로 유지시키면서 사염화우라늄 분말을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화우라늄으로부터 사염화우라늄을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응기 내부의 가스압력을 1기압 이하로 유지시키면서 사염화우라늄 분말을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화우라늄으로부터 사염화우라늄을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스유출관 내부의 온도를 사염화우라늄 융점 이상으로 유지시키면서 염소가스의 분압을 1기압 이하로 조절하여 사염화우라늄의 오염화우라늄과 육염화우라늄으로의 산화를 억제하고, 이들을 사염화우라늄으로 분해시켜 제조되는 사염화우라늄의 순도를 높이는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화우라늄으로부터 사염화우라늄을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흑연도가니를 사용하여 우라늄산화물을 제조하는 염소화반응을 진행시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화우라늄으로부터 사염화우라늄을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포집기에 도달한 가스의 급속한 냉각과 반응기 내부로부터 포집기로의 빠른 이동과 반응기 내부압력 감소를 유도하기 위한 방법으로 이중관으로 된 가스주입관을 사용하여 질소가스를 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화우라늄으로부터 사염화우라늄을 제조하는 방법.
