Claims (11)
- 음극물질이 함유된 다공성 펠렛과, 다공성 펠렛의 하면과 외주면을 감싸는 저장조와, 상기 저장조와 용접되는 금속부재와, 상기 저장조와 금속부재 사이에 개재된 필라멘트를 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 직열형 음극구조체
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저장조와 금속부재 사이에 고정된 필라멘트가 십자형 또는 방사형으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 직열형 음극구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저장조와 금속부재가 저항용접이나 레이저용접 또는 플라즈마용접에 의해 이들 사이에 필라멘트가 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 직열형 음극 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펠렛은 W, Ru, Mo, Ni, Ta중 적어도 한 금속이 함유된 금속으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 직열형 음극 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트가 W을 주성분으로 하고 Ru이 첨가되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 직열형 음극구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트의 직경이 0.03mm 내지 0.5mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 직열형 음극 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 저장조가 Mo, W, Ta 중 적어도 한 금속을 포함하여 된 금속으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 직열형 음극구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속부재가 Mo, W, Ta 중 적어도 한 금속을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 직열형 음극 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펠렛은 원형 또는 다각형의 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 직열형 음극 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저장조의 두께가 0.02mm 내지 0.5mm의 두께로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 직열형 음극 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속부재의 직경이 0.5mm 내지 2.0mm의 범위를 가지고, 그 두께는 0.02 내지 5mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 직열형 음극 구조체.
